Off THUG topic but Auron is a total tank badass. I can't wait to rip through this game in HD. This was the last quality FF game on par with the standards set in the past.
They title like that way to get attention. You know, what you guys are giving them right now?
If you want it to stop then ignore it and eventually it will go away. Problem solved. Thank you.
Closest I ever came was back in '97 when FFVII came out. When (you should) know who gets murdered, totally unexpectedly stabbed in the back, it hit me hard.
a.) It was a played up to be a happy moment that is quickly, evilly, destroyed.
b.) The character was very likeable.
Second closest was also in FFVII, during Nanaki's storyline. That was some beautiful storytelling right there.
FF X-2 is where me and Final Fantasy went our own ways... And I'm a guy who owns 1 through 10, and some repeats because of different systems I own, plus two different Tactics games.
I will be getting X HD for my Vita and I will gladly pass on CX-2 thank you.
There has been ziltch in terms of 3DS interest based on what I've read. They've spoken on the Vita potential for Minecraft many times; I'm talking about the Notch and co.
And PS3 games, and PS2 games and PS1 games. Lets not forget all that's in the tube as well. Streaming on Gaikai opens a lot of other doors potentially...
edit.
This game looks fun. Can't wait to read more about it.
I hope its not a female. I cant relate to female characters and call me sexist but I tend to not play games with a female protagonist.
The game would be perfect for the Vita, more so than home consoles because you have two touch pads to utilize.
So did the 3DS. As an owner of both handhelds I can safely say that year one of the Vita offered up better content than year one of the 3DS; based on my particular tastes.
Going forward it will continue to do so as well. I love the 3DS for fun platformers, Mariokart and a few of the RPGs but the Vita will provide some of that as well, while also offering up legit shooters and high profile sports franchises.
I'm glad I have both because if I stuck with the...
My Vita has be pretty durable. I dropped it in the bathroom, it hit the vanity, bounced off the metal garbage can and hit the tile floor; no case. Not a scratch. Right after that I went and bought a case... Why tempt fate?
It's a grip case too.
Back on topic, one way to improve the experience would be to get more accessories out there. I'd love to see more grips and some thumb extenders.
All these stupid articles about "ways to save the Vita". Doesn't something have to be in trouble to be saved? Based on everything Sony has released in way of marketing suggests they're not moving away from the Vita anytime soon. Now they did the price cut in Japan and they're moving big units.
I look forward to when these trendy bloggers have a different unoriginal topic to write about...
That sucks when you consider you could have got another new release for the price difference you paid for the 3G you can't use...
I agree. Also:
2. Ability to adjust weather settings in franchise mode. I hate the fact that it rains 8/10 games outdoors.
2. b) Fix the damn weather.
3. Combine stats of all players should be available in franchise mode.
4. Custom sliders should be able to be created using default slider settings for either skill setting as the base.
5. Speed up the menu interface, it was brutally slow on Vita.
6. Pl...
Sincross, I apologize. Your girlfriend set me straight.
The original Xbox was an excellent console, better than the PS2 in terms of hardware and reliability. They just didn't have the depth in games library that Sony had and it hurt. I loved Halo and KOTOR 1 and 2 but they didn't have enough...
I had both a Xbox and a PS2 by the way. My Xbox still works, I sold my PS2 after the third time the disc drive broke...
Xbox 360 flipped the other way. Microsoft's reliability dropped significantly. Let's no...
FFX HD will be a huge seller.
They have a bunch of games on the way appealing to the Japanese market. I would say yes.
And you know there is a bunch of unannounced games for the fall.
