For the love of God, no, don't not buy Atlas, Nintendo. We don't to have to buy your lame duck Wii U.
Ugh... Weird... Pass.
Sorry, didn't realize I was talking to an informed expert. Please tell us their strategy in detail; I'm dieing to hear how how many hundreds of millions you are suggesting they're about to write off due to them canning the Vita like you suggest. It makes sense, sure, to invest huge quantities of money into the Vita, create a mandatory program on the PS4 which all developers must support the Vita via remote play.
Who said they must only have a single focus?
This is awesome news and it makes a lot of sense.
Right now the Vita is improving and has a solid base established but it must be behind forecast in sales.
The 3DS is viewed as it's primary competitor, meanwhile the Wii U (while appearing like the walking dead with Microsoft and Sony about to hit the beach and lay siege) is one of the competitors of the PS4. By Sony forcing developers to support Vita through the PS4 they could eat into any of those inte...
They better not give Vita owners another fighter for the rest of the year. Sony has been taking a big dump on NA Vita owners who have PS+ memberships.
I've played through FFVII on four different occasions since it's release. Needless to say, it's one of my all-time favorites. The story, the graphics(at the time). the gameplay, the materia system, it was all so great.
Well, we know Minecraft Vita won't be there but based on that golden PS1 Sony sent him, it's coming. :)
I sensed Nintenboy retribution against anything Nintendo and I passed on clicking.
I do agree that it would be nice to see a higher resolution version come out though. If you've ever watch emulations with filters on a PC of the PS1 version you'll see that it would be very easy to give the game a facelift.
Apparently Square Enix is allergic to money though...
What do you mean aged as well as it should? When it came out it had some of the best graphics on PS1. It was designed for PS1 and a SD TV. It's held up fine if you play it on what it was designed for. On my Vita I think it looks pretty good though by the way... I think its due to the small screen helping to hide the blemishes created by improvement in media.
Pass. With all those free PS mobile games Sony gave away in the winter I have more than enough quick plan smart phone type stuff.
No doubt it would be nice to have a spare battery but let's face it, they would be so expensive right now that most wouldn't indulge anyway. My battery is fine and I have a launch day Vita. Here's to hoping it holds up...
He didn't say history makes it right, he was pointing out that this problem has been around for a while... That didn't hold the PSP back from being a success.
You should get your mem card at Costco if you're not willing to await a sale. Costco has the cheapest price based on my experience although even then they're pricey when you see how dirt cheap SD cards are.
People need to remember that changing the price of these cards affects their whole business as Vita is not the only device they're used in, correct? So, even though it's clearly too expensive it's a lot bigger ship to turn around; this goes beyond their...
If you're doing a trade-in the deal getts really sweet I'd imagine.
If Gandalf approves you know the choice is excellent.
Fully aware but what does that have to do with the Vita? No more than the Wii U has anything to do with the Vita.
Sony isn't going to drop an investment because another company has been more successful. If companies operated like that you would have one soft drink, one fast food joint, one truck, one car, one airline, one everything. All that matters is whether they're profitable and if they're not then whether they forecast that they will be profitable in the fut...
Sony is really smart with the high Indy focus. No doubt they understand the business and that they need the AAA titles on Vita but while they're working on getting more of those these high quality Indy games help fill the void and create an perception that they're not forgetting about the Vita.
Perception is everything and we don't get to see what they're doing behind the scene. Our perception is only based on what comes to fruition and not on what they're...
This article is stupid. Why the heck would you compare the Vita to the Wii U? It's apple and oranges.
I own a Vita by the way. I don't own a Wii U.
