I got almost 100 PS4 games. I can't keep that all on the PS4 if they were digital only.
I believe PS plus games need an internet connection to be played.
But the point is that, if all software is online only, and even if you can download it, you will not keep your collection downloaded. Than when something like this happens and you really want to play a game that is not downloaded what do you do? Nothing. You won't be able to play.

Before you do that, just know that they already cut characters to sell as DLC. I'd wait for a year or so to get the full version for $40 or less. That is what I will do.
Hopefully this fall they will release the full game wirh all the "DLC" cars and modes on the disc. That is when I will buy it.

Yeah, NYC is great. Especially for a turist. There is so much stuff to do and things to see. You can easily spend a month and do something different every day.
I lived there for 17 years. It has it's negatives and it's positives. If you have social anxiety, than it's not a great place to be. However, this video game will not replace the real thing. NYC has a certain charm that can only be found there and you have to be there in person to experience and feel it.
The best way to explore New York is to go there, jump on the Subway and go around town. I know, I'm old fashioned that way.

If a 5 year old PC that for $1200 than (could be what now? $500 for that?) Than why is it that the latest video cards are around $600-$1000? Sure you might not need it to play games. You can buy older ones for less. But I did say; latest and greatest. Meaning 4K gaming with at least 60fps. Can your 5 year old PC do that? I highly doubt it.
