This quote is from way back in Feb 2016 and it confirms that SLI and Crossfire both work on Windows Store:

Honestly, the worst thing about Windows Store is the misinformation surrounding the store.. And Microsoft is partially to blame for that. They really need to get out there and let gam...
exactly..
this is the nature of the times we live in unfortunately.. a few people get angry about something, rant about it 24/7 on the internet, the press gets hold to this "story" and attach click-bait headlines, and then the general perception about something has now shifted entirely because of the vocal few..
The same vocal few that will still complain and be unsatisfied with nearly any decision that is made on the matter..
it's truly sad..
very sad news for those developers. I hope everyone lands on their feet
@GameBoyColor
so you think people are going to start building and maintaining $2000+ gaming rigs for PC in order to have access to games they can play on a $350 Xbox One?
The bottomline is that if you prefer console gaming, this doesn't affect you. If you want to play Quantum Break, you're still going to get the best bang for your buck with an Xbox One..
If you prefer PC gaming, this is great news. More games for you to play.
Keep up the great work Phil!.. with crossbuy eventually becoming a standard Win10 platform feature, this only increases the power of the ecosystem and the overall install base of combined XB1/PC gamers
does this headset also work for Xbox One and PS4?
You're entitled to your personal preferences but considering the fact that EA Access does include Battlefield 4, Battlefield: Hardline, DragonAge: Inquisition, Need for Speed: Rivals, Peggle 2, Plants vs Zombies, and Titanfall illustrates that the service is providing much more than just sports games..
And for a new Xbox One owner, getting all those games for $30 is a damn good deal..
Yep, and Apple should start to worry about Android owning over 80% of the worldwide smartphone market.. They should probably close their doors and give up I guess..
Oh wait, Apple is an extremely profitable company and their customers are currently very satisfied with their products and services..
Nevermind..
If the UI can maintain all the features and functionality of the current version but increase the speed while lowering the learning curve for new users, then it's gonna be a win..
And so far, it looks like this is exactly the case.. Great job, Microsoft!!
I really hope this game delivers.. Gaming as a whole could benefit from this tech
@OB1Biker
true, you're right.. Though, I would like to point out though that when features from the PS4 eventually come to the Xbox One, they are usually made better in some way.. for example, when Twitch streaming finally came to Xbox, it was accompanied by a FULL app with deep integration.. When screenshots came, it included higher grade formats and like PNG..
On the other hand, when the PS4 ups the storage from 1gb to 10gb, that still falls far shor...
@Fruity
I said I was amused by fanboys (especially PS4 fanboys)..
You said that fanboys are idiots but especially Xbox fanboys..
Hello Kettle.. did you just call me black?..
off-topic, I've owned a PS1, PS2, PS3, and plan to buy a PS4 once the pricepoint and exclusives justify a purchase since I already have a console that plays the same mulitplats.. Yes, I prefer the Xbox One and the Microsoft ecosystem these days.. a...
Firstly, I want to say that any update that includes new features and doesn't break old features is a good update.. this is a good update..
BUT, reading through the comments, I can't help but be continually amused by fanboys (especially PS4 fanboys)..
The key items from this update boil down to increased storage and more social options..
All of which are welcome additions but the next time you try and bash the Xbox One, keep in mind ...
The fact that so many people are mistaking this for CGI speaks volumes..
This game looks amazing, that trailer set an awesome tone, and I can only hope the overall gameplay package delivers..
Can't wait..
If you bought an iPhone 6, wouldn't you expect it to be able to do everything the iPhone 5 could do and more?..
Both Sony and Microsoft dropped the ball on this and released their consoles too early.. It's just that simple..
@badz149
nope, it's only for a select number of Sony smartphones..
As a matter of fact, the PS4 doesn't have a single AAA exclusive that fully runs at 1080p/60fps.. not ONE.. (sorry, last-gen remasters don't count)
Yet, when Forza Motorsports 6 launches, the Xbox One will have TWO..
the irony is astounding.. ..
@poor_cus_of_games
You can stream to your tablet or laptop as well, which means you can just as easily play from your sofa but with a larger screen than a Vita.. Plus I don't have to buy a Vita, I can use the tablet I already own..
@areswarlord I wasn't trying to bash you, I was citing the fact that SLI and crossfire are indeed supported in the Windows Store.. It's up to developers to implement it. I also stated that it's partially Microsoft's fault for not properly getting that info out there and not getting developers to support the features enough..
I have an Nvidia GPU so I can't speak to what AMD does or doesn't do.
