What happen- Not enough traffic hits this week?
That's not a bug. There's a cool down for spotting to prevent people from spamming it. You may notice after spotting a few enemies that it won't work afterwords. It applies to the whole team, meaning if someone else overuses the spotting- you won't be able use it until it re-cools. It's the same with the repair tools, they didn't want people repairing tanks infinitely, making it impossible to destroy them, so they gave that a cool down as well.

I mean seriously they didn't even mention anything about the variety of vehicles you can control, and the medal rewards and stats- along with the stash of weapons. These would be something that you should include in a review, not telling me how it compares to MW2....

seeing as I own a PS3, it is only honorable that I buy it's exclusives. Bought U2 and I don't regret it. Got to get my 360 fixed or buy a new one, I don't like being left out of the mainstream, it's the only reason I didn't get Mass Effect 2. Too mach games >:(
