I think its only "certain" 360 supporters who have been hyping it, certainly not read any online previews or sneak peak articles for a long time. We know pretty much nothing about it to be honest so its a bit daft trying to claim it as the second coming of christ. This applies to any game of course when we know pretty much nothing about them.
