This is clear Sony need to drop the PS3 price. Clearly the games are there, thats not the issue. I know its difficult in the current climate but this is just showing that extra year the 360 had has worked absolute wonders! Still can`t believe the Wii numbers!
Harsh again. Im not experiencing these framerate drops at all. And graphically its outstanding. Head over to the Beyond 3D MSPR website thread, and read on for genuine comments (both 360 and ps3 users might i add).
Just dloaded the pc demo. Yes its the source Engine but it still looks pretty decent, very smooth even when the massses are upon you. Played on my todd with the comp as other 3, and am very impressed with the A.I shown! Nothing would beat 3 human players of course. For me i found it a touch repetitive (I know its just a demo, and certainly nowhere near as repetitive as Dead Rising). I also breezed through it pretty quickly so i hope there is a decent length to the single player mode.

Certainly exeeded my expectations! Fabulous game, one of the highlights of the year, but THE suprise of the year.
Just picked the game up and i must say im hugely impressed! From a gfx standpoint its absolutely top drawer! Seen 4 tracks so far and the amount of detail and diversity in any given track is simply wonderful. The lighting model for me is just the best ive seen this gen, simply sensational. Tremendous water, smoke, fire/lava. Sparkling general ambient fx, exellent texture work throughout, very consitent. Best of all the framerate is just rock solid! Full marks to Evolution. Thats a bit backwards. IGN (dependable reviews) gave Res 2 a 9.5.

Good job i went for the PC version then ;) which might i add looks great and runs flawlessly on my rig.
The only beneficial aspect is as a few have ponited out, texture pop in should be reduced, and framerate stutters as the disc spins should be reduced as of course no disc is present.
Didn`t mind the demo, quite fun really. Played the PS3 version 1st then the 360 version. My opinion is the PS3 shades it 53/47. Slightly richer pallete. Nice to see a "certain" 360 fan continue to be brainwashed, and continue to spread his constant fud in nigh on every article, instead of talking about the article itself. This particular fan really needs his head sorting out, has very serious mental issues. His opinion or none.
