i think sony are strictly referring to games consoles not portables.. disks games are on the way out regarding portables.. wouldn't be suprised if psp2 is fully dlc wrt to games

this game sold 1.5 mio copies? problem is if you are a small studio you need to rely on an external publisher.. large studios with their own publishing network tend need to sell less to do better..
third-party exclusives are a minority breed so from an economic perspective it is a no brainer to go multi unless there is a big upfront payout/marketing payout by the console manufacturer..
to be fair, i use most of their products: youtube, google, gmail, android and google maps. so i can't complain.
what's more it is free so you can't argue with that.
i also respect their stand against china hacking activities.
