Uncharted 4 multiplayer is 900p 60fps and not 1080p even on PS4..Atleast they are aiming for 1080p60fps in m.p.

Remedy can't put on PS coz they don't own the IP.MS owns it. If this was under their control then will not think twice..It's more sales for them. But it's not under their control.
Remedy MP games were on PS platforms. They can add if MS allows them.

ROTR is nothing like UC games now..TR Reboot of 2013 was like UC but ROTR is completely different.
ROTR is a semi-open world Metroidvanya style action/adventure game with RPG systems like skill based leveling and crafting. It's less linear than UC with more emphasis on exploration.
