Monitor. 2-3 feet 😂
Yes but then you're only getting a GPU not a whole system so obviously 😂
@bulletwiz I mean it's $700 and much more powerful than the original and XB released one at $600 that has exactly the same internals as the old one apart from storage. Which looks worse? "800p"....lol.
Except it isn't an RX6800. It's above a 7700XT which is comfortably above a 6800 and that's without the RDNA 4 RT which it doesn't have.
But like it or not it has massively changed console gaming. As will PSSR like DLSS changed PC gaming.
I don't really know what that has to do with anything. If they've sold out by scalpers, who are selling them at a premium (so people are buying them) they'd sell out with regular people buying them as they're still getting sold at double the cost. It's exactly like it was on PS5 release. Those would have sold out by regular people too. They weren't that easily purchasable at least not in the UK. And now with all the extra interest from the Pro they sold out. I bought ...
And notice people are buying them on Ebay for double the retail price. Who is buying those other scalpers? If people are buying them at that price. They'd be buying them at retail.
Really not much short though. Barely on power and given the RT capabilities its very close.
They'd have sold out scalpers or no scalpers
Amd those PCs that can run path tracing cost $2000 and up.
If you understand the tech and that it wasn't RNDA2, it's as powerful as 35TF older GPUs
In all honestly, barely. If even at all given the analysis puts the Pro at just below a 4070 and the 3080 is just below a 4070, and the pro has the better RT. That 29 TF VS 17 doesn't tell the full story.
Dragons dogma impresses me. With the horrible framerate on PS5 that was said because of the CPU. To go to pretty much 4K and 60 fps is unexpected
Jesus...is that why people are buying it. ? For a resolution boost on a PS4 game? Using the feature people will use the least and saying it isn't worth it.
Same tbh. It's my hobby. I've sold my PS5 for 300 so it's cost me 350 to upgrade for 3-4 years better quality gaming. Well worth it.
Hereandthere don't you get bored? Especially peddling the same nonsense. Teraflops. Don't. Determine. Power. Read something 😂 16.7 TF but yet it's stronger than a 35 TF AMD card.
In fairness I thought fenyx rising was good I might like it then 😂
You never will see native 4K on console become common now with upscaling becoming so good. Such a huge waste of resources. Much better to focus on more details than push a resolution which is barely imperceptible than to using a lower one with DLSS or PSSR doing the work. Results in a much better looking image
Why would I need to cope? I doubt you have both a PS5 and Gamepass like I do, I deal in facts. The fact you're saying that means the Series X is 25TF shows you have no idea what youre talking about as the Series X is RDNA2, that's why it isn't. The Pro is above a 7700XT which is 35TF. So that emphasises my point that a TF number is not the full story
Hopefully not 8K is beyond stupid
