"Doesn't deserve bad reviews". Why? Even without all the technical problems it still falls short compared to its predecessors and some very bad decisions with pacing and game mechanics.
All the glitches, problems, crashes, animations (not JUST the faces like some of you are so desperate to hammer in) TAKE AWAY from the scores more, they don't add to it and make it even out to a great game lol. It makes the entore experience even more worse.

@UCForce Neither is ME:A. SOME people just happen to like it. That doesn't make it a good game and instantly fix the many problems with it. Some people aresimply TOLERATING the disaster that is ME:A and actually going out and purchasing it for full price.

@moldybread Actually a week or 2 right before the 180, they changed it again where now it would be up to each individual publisher if you are allowed to resell your games, I bet you didn't even know that. Publishers at the time were asked to comment on it and most were baffled with some of this blame now been thrown at them all of a sudden. http://www.eurogame...
Don't forget the serial keys that were going to be locked TO THE COUNTRY. Oh and the fact that right before the main 180, they changed their mind and said that it is now up to the individual publisher if you can resell your game, it wasn't going to be a fixed guaranteed thing across every game.

It was meh, another Unreal 3 engine shooter from last gen. That's about it.

@timotim And yet you managed to leave out the major fact that you get to play a substantially BETTER looking version of the game NOT on Xbox.
The reviews of this game make no sense. By the sounds of it, this is an overall disappointing Mass Effect game with a very boring story and characters. Sounds like a 7/10 really, maybe stretching to an 8/10.
The insane technical problems need to take more off this score then. Why is it getting 8/10 scores WITH it being a mediocre Mass Effect game AND terrible glitches, problems, animations throughout the whole experience. Makes no sense whatsoever.
Its sort of too late now. They knew this game was going to take a while to make. That is perfect time to port over a collection, to keep people interested, it would probably make them loads of money too (then again, EA are morons who won't even make Skate 4 that literally MILLIONS of gamers want).
