Not really, most PC games still have to be made with the inclusion of older ddr3 graphics cards holding them back. PS4 has been pure GDDR5 for nearly 4 years now and it CLEARLY shows when PS4 exclusives end up looking so insanely good when stacked up against PC games, Horizon Zero Dawn is a good example.

@Elwenil No, ginger is clearly another Xbox fan by default and the only reason he is defending this is because the only console manufacturer that comes close to this EA level of nonsense is, of course, Microsoft. Admitting that this is bad would mean admitting that its inclusion in Forza 7 is also bad, its simply not going to happen.
Funny, I remember people defending to death the Mass Effect Andromeda reveal at the Game Awards. Even moldy is quoted as saying something like its mind blowing looking and going to be huge lol. It was certainly a big deal for those people last year.
That Death Stranding video was pretty awesome anyway. I am hoping for a Elder Scrolls VI announcement and Rocksteady's new game. Anything else would be a bonus.

Except they weren't ahead of their time. They literally meant "TV" as in the standard ancient way of watching TV with an aerial port put on the console's motherboard when, even in 2013, we knew that internet style "TV" is the future. Again, this is not what Microsoft were getting at at the worst games console reveal in history.
I don't care. Like most single player driven games with an added online mode, I won't be touching that added on part even once.
I can't even give an informed guess to compare it to whatever the online mode was like in GTA V because, again, I never touched it ever and haven't a clue what it entails.

They simply panicked. You do know another EA game just out, NFS: Hell If I Can Remember The Name of This One, is riddled with MTs but because nobody is buying that regardless, there has been really no controversy over it either.
That's not the point. OBVIOUSLY there has been enough insane panic over at EA to do this. Maybe loads of their preorders were canceled last minute.

Its definitely something that has been lost. I remember when Twisted Metal PS3 launched, it was supposed to be this great call back to the classic TM games of the past. But nope, it didn't have the theme from TM 1 and 2. They even got the same guys who done the music to the first and second games to do a new music track in this new game. And yet they could have got them to do a cool new version of the TM theme for the main menu too while they were there anyway.

We know, PS4 has had a new indie game at least once week, most times more, consistently since March 2014. Its one of the other reasons that PS4, a console that released the same time as Xbone, has 1800 games over its 1300 games.

But its not the standard because its a premium product that not many people will own in even 2 years time. This very dev just released a great game and the best "standard" way to play it is on the 2013 "standard" PS4 at native 1080p and 60fps. Anything higher on this gen's consoles is simply a bonus.
