Its funny because its called Resistance so you expect there to be plus side to it. But it literally means resisting. As the 3 games go on, events get more hopeless and depressing.
Pretty ground breaking multiplayer and at the launch of PSN too. 40 player games which was bumped up to 60 players support in the 2nd game in 2008. Did I forget to mention it was free too? Xbox Live still couldn't do that on 360 in 2013.
@indysurfn Lol I've played FFXIII. I am in no rush for a new numbered FF game. No need to warn me to not touch it and that alarm bells should be going off since the first demo that looked unoptimised as hell. Its already dead to me like other Japanese giant franchises like Resident Evil.
Yup. Where are all the "as long as its a perfect game at launch I am happy with a delay" people now? Can they comment to show us their absolute disgust with the delay now like some of us were saying 2 months ago?
Reminds me of this hilarious Mega64 video where they take the piss out of everybody who was terrified of going up against Modern Warfare 2 in 2009 and delayed all their games like idiots.

Borderlands sold 3 million units in the same year because they had balls to release it. People actually wanting the game obviously helped too.
The game will be still on the shelves in Q1 next year. Why would it sell more had it NOT been released before then. If people don't care about Titanfall 2, then they don't care.
I'm glad Gearbox didn't give a crap what anybody with your attitude said about Borderlands in 2009 when it went up against none other than Modern Warfare 2. It went on to sell 3 millions units before the year was out and was a massive success all because they had faith in their product a...
Haha should have stayed with Activision 6 years ago me thinks.
EXACTLY. And Scorpio shares the same architecture with PS4 unlike the beastly difference there has ALWAYS been between standard PS4 and Xbone as proven by the stunning PS4 exclusives that also still output at full HD native resolutions too.
I just don't see how people keep calling Scorpio beastly/mighty, its hilarious, there is a new person that does it every day. Its slightly more powerful than Pro and is going to be inevitably held back by the incredibly weak ddr3 Xbo...
Should have delayed the demo by 2 months.................... oh wait, like the actual "finished" game, it would still need a massive essential day 1 patch regardless of doing that.
Like a lot of us said when it was delayed but it didn't stop the trillions and trillions of "as long as it is perfectly working and optimsied day one, I am glad they are delaying it" comments lol.
@oasdada Exactly and I have yet to play an amazing fun game like Far Cry by Crytek since.
But plays 9 times more meh than 9 years ago.
Correction correction, its just a port for the console. Nowhere does GTA V for PS4 say "Remastered" on the front of the box. The same way Tekken Tag Tournament 2 for Wii U wasn't "Remastered" either, it was a simple port.
Err the PC version of GTA V still came later after PS4 and Xbone versions.
Err yes they are. Scorpio is literally using completely different GDDR5 next gen architecture over Xbone's 2004 ddr3 one.
Unlike how impossible it was for Xbone at the console's reveal.
Perfect timing for such an article during the week PS4 has had the most massive surge in sales since launch 3 years ago. Haven't read your pointless article either, I've just annihilated whatever you had to say with my first sentence.
What? I still haven't bought anything from them this gen. I need to go back and play Dragon Age 2 if I am to ever pick up Inquisition and the new Mass Effect still isn't out yet. What have they done again that makes me a massive EA fan now?
There is a lot more work and MASSIVE difference between the ddr3 weak Xbone and the next gen ready GDDR5 Scorpio. It won't be as simple a contrast in development like the difference between Xbone and XboneS. Don't just assume.
They went into the worse games console reveal in history, the Xbone, confidently too. What does that matter???
Really? That is the one area Eurogamer said the game lacked in, which pretty much makes it avoidable for me then. After the disaster that was DICE'S Single Player only Mirror's Edge reboot, I think its safe to say they should stick to multiplayer only games.
Can we all just admit now that the single player part of a Battlefield game is simply to be used as "in engine" footage for marketing materials and trailers?
You mean lizard/EA people? :)
