I don't have a PS4, but the 30fps doesn't matter, the game looks awesome, if I had a PS4 I'd surely get it.
I think fast games = racing for example. These need a monitor or TV with good response and running at 60fps to really show all it got. Any other game is slower than racing I think, although FPS can be quite fast as well.
