@DarkAstronaut ofc it won't just halt at 8kk, and also I remember something about Nintendo's net worth being greater than Sony's in the beginning of the year, so even if they're not above Sony anymore, relax, they'll be fine. Specially with Zelda coming out next year - there are LOTS of people just waiting for it to buy a Wii U...
No, even after all this mess, they still didn't reach EA. After all they never went on studio hunt like EA.
I sometimes get a light headache from playing @30fps, but when it's @60fps it's OK. At 30fps there's half of the frames per second, meaning greater distance between them, meaning greater work your brain has to make to put them together to look like it's moving. At 60fps it's easier on the brain, thus the "smooth" sensation.

Well for some people like me it's true. PS4 I only wanted to play Silent Hills (hope it's not exclusive), and for Xbox One only Master Chief Collection. But from Wii U, there's Mario Kart, Super Smash, Bayonetta, Pikmin, Super Mario World, and the future Zelda/Star Fox.
IMO the dastard would be the one who gets the free game AND sue Ubisoft. This not being able to sue thingy isn't really a problem, just pure bureaucracy. Imagine you accept a present of apology from a friend and then hit him - it would be ridiculous. They are just legally stopping people from doing it. Don't worry - download the game. Or go all out on Ubisoft.

Dunno but Five Nights at Freddy is a good example that something is wrong with the gamers - how can anyone be scared by that? It's such a stupid game :/
Silent Hills on the other hand is a game I'll HAVE to get. Didn't play it but loved the gameplays around YouTube. If it's PS4 exclusive I'll end up buying a PS4 xD

The title is a little misleading...an actually new architecture would mean incompatibility between the new and the older console, like what happened when PS4 went with x86. What we've got here isn't a new architecture but a new CPU.
