Anyone else getting a lot of malware/unsafe site errors?

Yeah me too, but I'm using Safari, this has happened before and it was something to do with this site I seem to remember, either way I wouldn't worry too much about it, although I dont actually go into the sites.

As for the Neo, I will be getting the PSVR and if Neo helps it run better, then I'll be getting one of those too.

We shall see is a cop out, I tell you why you are wrong and you offer no argument against it.

Seriously just look at whats happening in VR before dismissing it as some kind of fad, you will soon realise VR is inevitable.

boomtube, you are one deluded individual.

Matrix the potential for VR is huge and goes far beyond gaming, VR's success is guaranteed, the only thing people are questioning is how it will evolve.

But trust me VR is here to stay and will touch everyones lives eventually.

I will defend quality over quantity every time, shame you don't

I would sooner have a finished game than an unfinished one, And far from being a weakness it's a sign of the quality of Sony games and is one of the reasons the Playstation is so well supported by consumers.

Umm lets break this down for you then, Non of the tech you mentioned had anything like the number of companies investing in it that VR has,

non of the tech you mentioned has anything like the billions being poured into it's developement that VR has

Non of that tech you mentioned has the scope for investment that VR has, Education,Film, medicine the list is endless and of course gaming.

And if you trust analyst's, VR is set to bec...

The Display technology Sony is using is very well suited to VR and it does compare very well with the more expensive offering, in some ways PSVR even out performs them and considering the price that is quite an achievement, but whatever system people choose, this is still early days for VR what we are seeing now is just the tip of the iceburg.

It's an exciting time.

Agreed Sony have done a great job with PSVR and it really is looking a really polished product, thankfully people seem to be finally realising VR is no fad, with the naysayers looking more and more silly and out of touch as VR continues to grow.

Not long now.

Yep my hands will be on this soon enough too.

I'm not surprised, VR is an exciting area to explore, the skills people learn in the VR world will be highly marketable later.

Sniper cheers for that info, I'll look into it as I'm after a wheel too, had a G27 wasn't that impressed with it.

Well if this is true then it seems to confirm it's release this year, I'm up for it and so will my PSVR.

3514d ago 2 agree3 disagreeView comment

I already have this ordered, should be a great introduction to VR.

3514d ago 5 agree0 disagreeView comment

For whats it's worth l fully expect neo to be released this year, and the reason is simple VR, Sony are making a big push into the VR arena and is it really a coincidence that PSVR previously Morpheus and the new PS called Neo?

The two were made to compliment each other, Sony wants to showcase VR and Neo will help them do that.

I love the people flip flopping their opinion on VR, yes it will enter all aspects of our lives, films, Medicine, Education etc, but for some reason gaming is going to miss out?

Trust VR will take off and Gaming will certainly be part of it's appeal.

Moldy if you understood VR you would understand VR is more than a peripheral unlike Kinect and motion controls VR can and ultimately will stand as a platform in it's own right, of course PSVR needs a PS4 at the moment, but VR is inevitable and it will evolve far beyond anything we know now.

As for waiting a year, I must point out if everyone followed that thought then VR will never happen, PSVR luckily seems to offer plenty for people to get excited about, so will quite...

It compares very well with the more expensive offerings and even outperforms them in some aspects, for the money PSVR is the cheapest most consumer friendly model out there, if you are looking to get into VR this offers great value for money, especially when you factor in Sony's first party studios and gaming experience.

I will certainly be buying this game, having grown up with Star Trek this is right up my alley, fire Phasers, Aye Aye captain.

GT67, of course it's not real, but this gives you the feedback you would expect holding and manipulating objects, pretty clever if you ask me.
