Families aren't going to pay top dollar for a console; that was why the Wii sold so well, because it was well advertised and very affordable compared to the competition.

Konami announced a bunch of HD collections, and I'm a big fan of the ones they announced. Even though it was technically pre-E3 I still enjoyed their announcements the most.

That might not make me a hardcore gamer, but I'd say it makes me happy.

I think they are testing the waters by releasing them in Europe first, then seeing if sales justify bringing them to the US.
I really wish the Wii was region free, region locking is an archaic practice that should have been done away with years ago.

40% of a game doesn't cut it, unless it's 50%+ it's a bad game with moments of greatness.
And I never played Sonic Colors, my little brother put lego pieces in the wii's disc slot and broke it.
