*Yawn* Is this thing still going? Hackers seemed to be an interesting news piece for awhile but now it's been done to death. Even Lulsec has disbanded, no doubt having run out of lulz.
I'll give it a try. This is it, though; if this ones sucks they have lost me as a customer (I'll still buy Eidos games though)
I don't really care about sales; whether the games are good or not is all that matters to me. I don't care much for the COD franchise, but if the game is well made then I'll play it.
You don't play gratuitously violent videogames because violence is wrong? It isn't real. It's not like you are going up to a real person and bashing them in the head; they are violent videogames. I don't understand that sentiment.
All I heard him say was
"Parents can't make their own decisions for their children, we need to make America a nanny state and wrap our children in cotton wool to protect them from reality!"
You make it sound like it was nothing but dick jokes and sex references, you basically glazed over the gameplay entirely to make a point about it being too immature.
I'm sorry, but if this was intended as a review it wasn't a very good one.
Guess what, Parents Association?
We don't care what you think. No one does.
Article is misleading, this is just the PC version with a HD patch.
The guy put up his phone number. That wasn't smart.
Namco: Sorry guys, there was no such contract, we were wrong.
Fans: So what about bringing it over?
Namco: Erm, so the thing about that is...
*jumps out of window*
He does this every time. Make a game, hype it up, say how disappointed he was in it afterwards.
This thing looks to be the most cynical product I have ever seen from Activision. Overly marketable characters that you need to pay extra to collect? This looks like the kind of thing designed specifically to get the money of pre teens obsessed with pokemon.
It feels like it was always going to be doomed. How do you describe this game to the type of gamer who only plays call of duty? They don't want innovation, they want the same old thing over and over.
There is no such thing as a universally loved game. If such a thing existed, the answer to this question would be obvious.
Apparently he never stopped being drunk, judging from those comments.
Whether it's exclusive or not matters little to me. Whether it even exists does.
"the soundtracks for two classic survival horror titles will be completely updated"
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Every time I died in Too Human I imagined Dyack smiling as the drawn out death animation took place, sure of his genius as everyone else in the room knew it was too long and pretentious.
When Microsoft say they want touch hundreds of millions of people, they get applauded. But an average joe like me says it and suddenly I'm in line to register as a sex offender >:(
I remember back when Xbox was targeted solely at the core audience. Everything was targeted at us, and not at gamers that were not particularly interested in Xbox and never would be.
Their current attitude seems to be about trying to please everyone, and we all know what comes of that.
