You need to remember the other BF games are over a decade old. It looks like a touch up but stripped down. The lack of classes instantly means player will just run around shooting anything that moves. Battlefront had tons of teamwork because of class strength and weaknesses.
Pilots got piloting bonus but only had a shotgun or pistol. So the idea was, don't get out of the ship dummy.
Commandos had chainguns and buffs but they mo...
They removed the ONE mode everyone played. Galactic Conquest. A board game style game mode where you move your fleet around the map and when you attack a planet you play the battle periodically upgrading your forces to try and over power your opponent. It was the best thing BF had.
In this vehicles are rewards...why? It worked fine being able to get into a vehicle on the ground now we teleport into them once weve been granted enough points. Absolutely stupid.

How did you forge on PC when there's only halo 2 and halo 1. Forge didn't come until halo 3...which never made it to PC. Neither did these qualms after.

Uh North America is the largest audience....just look at the sales figures. It's basically 4x what it is in Europe.
You'll miss out on the initial player count. That's about it. From the looks of the game though I give it a year or 2 max of high player counts.
Battlefront has always been primarily 3rd person with the option of first.

Why are people not allowed to comment on a video posted on a site with a comment section? Through watching this video/gameplay footage I felt the gameplay looked very average. Replace the models with anything other than Star Wars and tell what stands out about it.

It is going to flop. Rainbow 6 players have come to expect a campaign where you are in control of a squad. Who's going to buy it? I played the beta and every map felt the same. Every "situation" was exactly the same. Blow up this wall and kill everyone inside and just let shields go in and instant win.
My issue is its not rainbow 6. Rainbow 6 is a book, with a good story. A great book actually. They're literally just using the name to sell the game. It could have had an incredible 5 player co op campaign with different scenarios using different operators for different situations. But no were restricted to tiny houses for quick in and out matches. The days of actually planning a compound assault are over. Now it's just shoot and sign off.
It's also just not a rainbow six game. It has nothing to do with it at all. It's just a cheap counter strike rip off with destruction and the R6 name slapped on there to move units.
My he game CAN be fun but it feels rushed.

This game isn't even rainbow six. It's such a shame. This could have had an incredible story with planning and tactics in different scenarios and a co op campaign with different operators doing different jobs to take out terrorists. But nope. They wanted to use the R6 name to compete with...counter strike? Are they dumb? CS Is like $15. This is $60.
It's being outsold basically 3:1.......
