To those who keep disagreeing I've actually beat the game and I'm now on mission 6 on legendary. The game is 85% Locke fighting Prometheans. Completely agree with you. The campaign is very bland and boring. The Prometheus are NOT fun to fight. All their weapons are like heat seeking missles. Playing on legendary they just feel cheap and the covenant take a huge backseat in this one. Same with chief. It's such a shame.

You nailed it. I beat halo 5 a few days ago (offline mode) and now going through legendary. There's bosses. But it's the same guy each time and he's not fun at all. The game feels like a cheap destiny rip off which is weird cuz halo inspired destiny (bungie). It was in better hands with bungie.
The story is also REALLY lame. And yes chief is barely in it.

When you play it you'll scratch your head wondering why it doesn't have split screen. I really don't see where these resources went. The game doesn't look very good. There's low res textures everywhere and team AI is terrible.
And before you say "it's not out yet" I already have it and I don't like it at all. I've loved every single halo game but this one just grinds me. Gt is H311 Rais3r

It's not even close to 3 man. I'm so dissapointed with it. I beat it in one sitting. It's really short and actually quite boring.
I beat the game last night. The story is all over the place. The campaign, IMO, is a major disappointment. I'm a halo fanboy and I don't like 5 at all. Graphically it's ugly too. It looks about the same as 4. A last gen game.
Your teammate AI is terrible. They just get themselves killed constantly. I'm currently running through on legendary and it's not very hard. Aside from teammates being too dumb to actually revive you and you'll often just die out...
I'm playing it right now. Got it early and.....I'm very dissapointed. It barely looks better than halo4. I'm so mad. It also feels very outdated.

I did buy an Xbox. The thing just sits there collecting dust. Played all the exclusives. Sunset it the best one. Just waiting on halo 5 and then just maybe my ps4 will take a break.
I found him very bland and borIng. The Spartans 4s better not harm any of the SIIs. Blue team is iconic. Especially if you've read the books.

It's someone who took the time to update a part of a classic game in his free time for us to enjoy and envision what "could be". You don't have to go and be salty about it.
