My only issue with the mp is map variety. The gameplay is top in multiplayer. I'm platinum rank 3 in arena currently. What are the best ranks anyway?
To be fair a lot of the maps are "revisions" of eachother. Empire has 2. Truth has 2. Most of the breakout maps are exactly the same. All 3 warzone maps are different. Although I wish the outposts were different buildings instead of the same one each map.

It was a literally copy of the scarab just "bigger". That's not exciting at all. Especially since you're basically in and out of it. Atleast in halo 3 you could attempt to shoot it's legs to lower it or find some way of boarding it to take it down quicker needless to say it was more fun than the one in halo 5

Soloing legendary was BRUTAL with the AI. My cousin watched me play because lol no split screen and he laughed so hard because every 2 seconds "tanaka/buck/jelly/Fred/L inda etc" is down. The AI literally does not take cover and barely shoots unless you tell them to. It was so anger inducing. Especially the final boss fight.

The only reason Prometheans are more "tactical" is because all their weapons seek, they're bullet sponges and teleport. Of that list the only positive thing for designing a good enemy is the teleporting.
You could argue elites are sponges but elites change tactics. Get to close and they charge or pull out a sword or run into their inferiors.

Because internal batteries only cost $8 to replace...as long as you have a screw driver you can do it in about a minute. Much better option than constantly going out to buy AAs.

I'll agree on that with the multiplayer. Best MP so far this generation. Campaign was lacklustre in the story department. Don't be putting chief on the back burner. Especially since the story pretty much revolves around him. Would have been more interesting to see his emotions through well written banter between blue team.
I didn't like the campaign at all. I'm a huge halo fan but this campaign just felt like a kick in the nuts. I didn't like Locke at all. His character wasn't flushed out and he had no personal connection to the plot like chief.
