I'm not from the US, so can anyone tell how big a deal this is? Do games (or other produts) sell better with commercials during superbowl?

Bioware.I loved the baldur's gate series so much (it's still on my number 1 top ten RPG's). And I do tend to like more western fantasy (medieval high fantasy) more than japanese fantasy. Their fantasy borders to often to much on Sci-Fi wich I don't really like (and the fact that many manly charachters look like emo-girls. /joke :) ).

I used to buy anything that had Square Enix / FF on it, but I don't like that company anymore. It's like they are making mediocre games just to keep people busy (and, well, just to make money out of them). I will buy FFXIII and Versus, but won't buy blindingly anything they release anymore. They used to be a company wich you could trust to make good quality games, but for me they started this generation very bad. It's like they traded their passion of making games with the bussiness side only...
I don't understand why some people need to belittle a game or make it look bad, just so they can praise their own game. Maybe he is right and his game is better than Motorstorm, but if he is that confident, why don't they let their game speek for itself. If it is indeed a great game people will notice it and give the deserved praise, no need to talk bad about another game.

Hope our voice will be heard in the short term. I invite people to participate in the blog, populate it (even if you are not european (many europeans go to the US blog, so why don't you do the same)), make the site grow, so that Sony europe takes notice of it.
I agree with your comment! Everyone here in Europe learns English at school (as second language) (not everyone is as skilled as the native speakers but they do understand everything). Who cares about the price! I you want that particular laptop and have the mean to buy it go for it, otherwise there are a lot of other brands offering cheaper ones that might satisfy your needs as well.

Seriously, I would ask myself what a 6 year old is doing playing GTA4. The media will probaly blame the games, but all the blame lies with the parents (bad parenting/education).
That's what I like about Sony. They are not affraid innovation. I'm sure thay know it won't sell like crazy but still support it. I think they smoked to much. Do better than MGS4? As much as I would like that to happen, I just don't see it being possible. MGS is a huge franchise that everyone knows about (even those that did not play the games). Comparing that to Killzone, that many people never heard of and did not know there was a Killzone 1, how could it possibly sell more than MGS4. I might be wrong but when Sony talks about 'sales' of the PS3, they tend to look only at themselves (comparing between month(s), or year), but Microsoft on numerous occasion has, it seems, the need to always confirm that they are ahead of Sony, and compare their 'sales' with that of Sony's. Can't they just do like Sony and tell the people how their product fares, comparing their current sales with those of month(s)/year before. 1) you have no friends
2) you have friends, but thay never go in Home and prefer to talk via messeger, the phone,...
3) you're not ready to mak new friends (in Home)
4) you're not the sociable kinda guy
5) your are not sociable, you have no friends, and you have no one to talk to
