I honestly thought the Babysitter was kinda crappy,
But I must admit this one (the duel) was quality stuff. I love the art style for everything. I just don't like the female elites... they look like the characters from James Cameron's Avatar.

I thought it was called MOH: Operation Anaconda or something like it.

As a 360-only owner...
I seriously hope Microsoft's game division is losing money. I'd like to see them change up a bit and do things that benefit their gamers more... you know, maybe MORE GAMES, FREE xbox live...

Next year's E3 is going to be something to look forward to.

@DaTruth
On the official forums, it's been confirmed that every media on BFBC2 we've seen was from the 360 version (apparently, the PC version is not running at full steam yet) - even the trailers, which were confirmed to be running on a juiced up 360 version with AA and all that.

I've been staring at the pictures ever since they came out. From them, you can conclude that:

From the Spartan Laser picture, poly count has increased and you apparently fight in space - possibility of fighting as the MC in space. On the bottom left, you see a part of what seems to be a mac cannon.

From the pause menu picture, you see an XP progress bar, and on the bottom right: credits. You get to upgrade your perks? weapons?

The build the dude photogra...

I'm a 360 only owner, but I actually feel really good about Sony beating Microsoft atm. Why? Hopefully Microsoft will do things to make the xbox better, such as newer titles, cheaper or free live, better digital distribution... I just hope it's not crappy apps like facebook and twitter. The 360 has been falling behind quite a bit over the past few months...

Wow, Natal has a lot more support from developers than I thought. Though I'm skeptical of how the controls will work out, I'm sure the games will turn out great.
And Microsoft is COMPLETELY banking on this to be the next biggest thing. They'll do whatever it takes to have it succeed. Hopefully that includes actually having good games for it rather than deceptive marketing.

I thought Burnout Paradise would be up there. Almost the only game that looks identically brilliant on both systems.

Storage space does not equal processing power.
More storage space does not necessarily mean better graphics. I would honestly not mind a game like Killzone 2 on the xbox 360 being released on two or three disks.

Can it run it? That's another question. If you compare the technology, each console has a certain advantage other one another. Cell Processor versus Xenos GPU...

I was wondering where the hell Halo Reach was. Since when was Halo not a big deal? And there's more info out about it than, lets say, Gears 3?

And those Natal games.

Sony, you got us this time, but we have a good chance of standing up to you in 2010! (Shakes fist)

Excellent analysis. I've been requesting this at digital foundry for about a month now.
It seems the strongest suit of Halo is the AI. To be honest, it trumps the AI I've seen in every other game (yes, including Crysis). I heard a lot of good things about the AI in Killzone 2, but I haven't played it long enough to give an opinion about that, and I don't think shooters of that sort are ideal to show off great AI.
AI is probably the most underappreciated feature in games. If all ga...

I believe this is the xbox 360 version being played out. From everything DICE has stated, the PC version is a bit behind right now due to the Frostbite being newer to that platform.

I love Halo for it's co-op. One of the few series that will never ditch split screen gaming.

When I tried out Killzone 2 at my friends house (played two levels), I was impressed, but was not enjoying myself. I guess the main thing that turned me down was the aiming. For a console shooter, it was as much aim assist as a PC game. I'm no newcomer to console games. I own an xbox 360, and played the hell out of Halo 3, Battlefield Bad Company (my favorite), and Gears of War 2. Instead of getting the feeling that I was progressing, I was struggling to keep my sights on the enemy. Plus that...

I'm one of those who helped with the numbers. And actually, I found the campaign experience incredibly filling and satisfying. The storyline is no Mass Effect, but the way it's shown through the well made cutscenes feel really fresh and different - more character interactions, that one cutscene where the ODSTs kill the chieftain with their hands, a bit of mystery...

But back on topic, idiots go ----> that way

Weapon modelling is honestly one of the easiest things to do. That's what I started out with in 3ds Max, and I can create them with little difficulty. Just start with a box, subdivide extrude, smooth corners, add little details...
