People who are wanting a PS3 need to jump on this deal...just pay off your account, and then get the credit and then close the account. They will send you the $150 in a check. It may take 2 to 3 months...but if you do it now, you will have your money before christmas.
It will get the hype once we get close to release date.
We got Haze, COD4, and Unreal Tournament 3 on the PS3 this year...
And we got COD4 and Halo3 and bioshock on the Xbox 360 this year.
Its a good time for FPS...
Next year its all PS3...MGS4, Killzone 2...
I am only talking FPS..games..and MGS4 can be played third person or first person....so i listed it.
And it should not have taken microsoft 2 years to fix the problem. Its still not fixed.
Early 2008 is also going to be a busy time of year...with a lot of AAA games comming out too...at least on the PS3 and Wii..

lets face it a $499 PS3 is a steal for the best bluray player. It will load a bluray disc in less than 12 secs...this is not possible on any HD-DVD player...some are over a 1 min to load a HD-DVD disc. Alot of people in the HD-DVD camp cover this up...but it is fact. They might get better in the third generation HD-DVD players...but not even the low end HD-DVD players support all the features of HD-DVD.

Where do you guys get your information from? You all have seen free radicals studios...they made haze on the PS3...it will be ported to the PC and Xbox 360....sometime next year...

If you have a PS3 and you do not play games, then you are only watching movies? This is good and all and least you are in the bluray family...but come on...you never played resistance fall of man? You have never experienced a 40 player deathmatch in that game? You never played motorstorm? Did you play the heavenly sword demo? You know that the xbox has not game like heavenly sword, warhawk, Lair, Ratchet, or Uncharted...all these games are unique to the PS3 and are comming out in a few months...
The whole game is compressed down to 880 mbs for the download on the PSN store.
When you compress you lose quality..IF you have the space...and bluray gives you up to 50 gigs...you do not have to compress like you do on the Xbox 360. The Xbox 360 will never, ever, ever, ever do 7.1 uncompressed PCM sound.
But really think about this peopel 8.5 gigs of total space vs 50 gigs of total space....damn.....the PS3 really is next gen...
I just logged into xbox live checking the movies you can download in HD...and some of them are not in 720P!!! But they are only around 4 gigs for the 720p versions....but 720p is not 1080p.. I would still rather watch the movie on bluray...also when you rent the movie from Xbox live it will expire 24 hours after you start...i mean start to watch it...Wh...
The demo on the PSN store was an old build...the final game has awesome ai...the PS3 can do awesome AI, better than the xbox 360...its all about programming.
