The graphics are killer...the explosions are totally awesome. you can see shockwaves...and debris rains down on you. There are physics in the explosions and when you crash into things and when you get shot.
The detail is totally awesome...it will also play in 1080i if your tv does not support 720p!

My download only took about 30 mins...and everything went flawless.
The game is much better than the beta. The graphics are much more smoother and better looking. The sounds are totally awesome. It now supports THX too.

After this christmas...alot of games will have come out...and some good bluray movies, and the PS3 will be able to hold its own...
We might even get a firmware update this week...there has been on every month....since release date.
After this christmas...it will all be over...there is no way HD-DVD will sale over 4 million HD-DVD players in the next 6 months to 1 year....PS3 is almost at 5 million and there are over 300k standalone bluray players...and more comming out soon to be sold. PS3 will sale at least 3 to 4 million in the next 6 months to early march 2008....There will be another price drop of the PS3...and there will be sub $300 bluray players before christmas.

Even the lair and warhawk developers are using the SPUs...the latest Playstation Edge engine uses the SPUs...

Maybe Madden 09 will use the SPUs in the PS3...
Madden is at 30fps but it drops below that....even the madden 08 on the Xbox 360 is not locked at 60fps...it drops below that at times.
There are many games on the PS3 that are 1080p at 60 fps...its all about using the cell and rsx together.

Also some of the best movies are still going to be released on bluray exclusively...Superbad is from columbia pictures which is owned by Sony. It will be bluray exclusive along with Spiderman 3.

If you have multiple users...then get the bluray version. It will install fully on the PS3, but you need the bluray disc in the drive to play. Why are people so messed up inside about this?
