So $350 for a 60 gig PS3...damn that is a good deal...this goes to show you SONY aint playing around and get ready for more price cuts...because they are going to happen...we will see a less than $400 PS3 MSRP soon..
Why are Xbots so pissed off? why should you care that you will have to swap disc in this game and probably in GTA4?
More disc space is better...why are you xbots stuck in the late 1990s? The DVD era needs to come to an end...its almost 10 years...Bluray will not take over. HD-DVD had a chance but they screwed up...30 GBs is not enough space...and they need more studio support.
Sony did this with the PS2...and it dominiated...and they put in bluray in the PS3 and ...
You guys and girls know that GOW 3 and Heavenly sword 2 are also comming out....now if NGS2 is not commin out till 2009 gow3 will be out by then...I think GOW3 will sale more copies than NGS2...but who knows...Lets hope NGS2 has a good story....

Even the game is now delayed...so they are optimizing it even more.
It will be a good game when it comes out next month......They might as well delay it and release it in October...with solid 30 fps in all levels!
Since GTA4 is not comming out in october...just release Lair then.

They developed this thing over 1.5 years ago, on the PS3 first...they are having space problems on the Xbox 360 because of the DVD9.....This is a sandbox game with huge textures...8.5 gigs of space is not enough....they are trying to figure it out. They will figure it out...but it is going to take them to April or maybe even to next october 2008....Have you ever seen a GTA game release outside of october? This game will not come out till October 2008.

If the PS3 DVR has the tivo interface and worked with all HD sources...then they will rule the market.
If they can do all this for less than $100....and you can save to an external USB 2.0 drive...then this is all we need....and do not for get PSP remote play!
And the mini bluray drive also....people forget...how are you going to have your game medium on a portable? You either go with carts or optical disc...and space is at a premium...Carts are expensive...so the mini bluray discs at 7.5 GIGS would be perfect for the PSP2 in about 2 years.
A cell processor with 8 cores at 2.4 GHZ at 45nm in the PSP2 would be awesome...Make it have wimax, and 802.11n, and bluetooth 2.0 and 32 GIGs of flash memory or a 80 GIG harddrive and sale it for...
Why does he not use all his billions to fix the Xbox 360 so it does not break all the time? There is no way he can come up with something like HOME. IT will take microsoft 3 years to come up with it and by that time HOME will be totally enhanced to what it is today. Sony has all these seeds planted and by the time the PS4 comes out...they will have something big grown.

More people want to play and buy the PS3 and Xbox 360 games than than wii.
All the PS2 people...all 125+million of them really want a PS3...but they are waiting for the price to drop below $300...when that happens in about 1.5 years...then the PS3 will be at 35+million and growing a million a month!..All the really cool games are comming only to the PS3 in the next year...MGS4, Final Fantasy 13, Infamous, GT5, Killzone 2, ect, ect...All the cool games were on the PS2...and they will be on the PS3. The PS3 has only been out for 9 months...they are almost at 5 million...
It looks so awesome...and i keep forgetting that the PS3 was the lead development for the game...and the Xbox 360 is a port....This is how it should be...
You can spend about $400 to $500 on a good console...ie PS3 or Xbox 360 Elite (the only 2 good choices in a nextgen console)

They ran out of disc space...so what do you expect? Also the gears textures look all the same..
Even the online is only 8 players total...compared to 32 players total in warhawk...with no lag...
Now gears of war on the PC is going to be tight!
