Did you play the demo for BFBC1? It was really easy to no.1 in each and every game there too. When the full game had been out for a few months, it was a completely different thing.
Also, if you're a really good player you'll probably keep on getting positioned nicely on the result list, but hold the celebration until the full release.
Of course it's easy to be 1337 when you're playing a demo where a lot of the players have only spent a minimal time with the game and don't even know the maps yet. A good FPS doesn't become it's best until a long enough time have past so that it's only the vets still playing it.
If you're still a 1000 points ahead of everyone else by then, THEN I'll be impressed. Now? Not so much...
The single player seems to be so much better than the first Bad Company!
You're right that you'll probably last longer if you position the tank on as far away as possible from the enimy base, but you'll be of a lot less use to your team as well. First thing you should do when rolling into the base is to take out the mounted anti-tank guns. When that's done it's usually not that hard to stay alive as long as you have a good guy at the machine gun, and keep a look out for guys with C4.
But it has some advices in it that's not very good.
1. DON'T park your tank on the top of a hill and "rain hellfire". It's much more usefull on the ground close to an abjective when you're playing as attackers. When one of your teammates activate the crate, you'll be needed there for defense.
2. When in a vehicle going towards the enimy base as attackers, DON'T run down all the trees "better line of sight to the target". All of your teammates who'...
I have played 100+ hours of Battlefield 2, 100+ hours of Battlefield 2142, almost 200 hours of Battlefield BC and about 50 hours of Battlefield 1943, and the site still says I don't have enough Battlefield experience!? Screw that!
Still not working. How the migration going?
"In Bad Company 1, we saw existing Rush maps converted into “Conquest” maps and available later on via DLC."
Well, actually four of them were locations taken from the singleplayer part of the game that had not yet been made into maps even for Gold Rush. Just saying...
For me, this is actually good news. I liked Dead Space, but due to bad nerves I could never finish it. Loved the gameplay though. If they would just tone down the scary parts a little bit I'm sure I would enjoy it more.
You guys must mean Assult with M16, prototype ammo, close range scoope and .45 pistol. Kicks ass!
Loved BF2, loved BF2142, loved BFBC, didn't like BF Heroes very much, BF1943 was nice but too stripped down, and I LOVED the BFBC2-beta. Now give me the full game already!
Haha, it is so evident that this game WILL come to PS3. EA or Bioware has NEVER denied that it will come to PS3 when asked. All that they've said time after time is "It is announced for Xbox360 and PC". Why have they never said "It's only comming to xbox360 and PC and NOT PS3"? I think it's obvious.
I was a little worried at first when I saw that the series was moving to PSP, but after testing the demo my fears are gone. It seems to be just as excellent as it is on the PS3!
If you haven't downloaded the demo from japanese PSN yet, then do it right away!
I think his avatar is from 3D Dot Game Heroes.
Nice to see Valkyria Chronicles 2 having a good start. I never thought a PSP game would be one of my most anticipated games of the year.
VC 1 is still my favourite game in my PS3 collection, and I got all the best ones.
I agree. I prefer the look of Battlefield: Bad Company 2
I saw this exact video about a month ago.
and I've spent 40+ hours with it. Still not boring. Wouldn't mind having the full game instead though :-)
I'm looking forward to Versus, but this is just a bit more apeling to me. As a former WoW-addict, but without a gaming PC now, this could be my new drug.
