They don't have a set time. Sometimes it's 6pm et, others it ranges from 7 to 9. They have the whole morning and afternoon to publish content, but they go for night time. Even then they don't have a set time.
Agreed. What's with Sony doing late updates? Why can't they have a set time of publishing store items? Like 6pm ET/3pm PT. They are a professional company, they should act like one.
