No.

You get 98 (or 99 depending on how you look at it) levels to play around with and your choices make an impact on what you can do. So you can go 60 life and 40 blood or 99 blood and 1 life, but you can NOT go 99 life and 99 blood or 0 life and 100 blood.

However, you can freely delevel yourself and constantly change your build to suit your needs. Also need in mind that at a 90 level difference, your character transforms. You also transform again at a 99 ...

I wouldn't say it doesn't have a hope in hell, since it does have some merit. Going off what I've seen between the demo and the full game, it certainly seems plausible to feel mislead, even if you had realistic expectations from it. However, I am sure Gearbox / Sega will fight this with everything they got just so they don't have to reveal what exactly happened. I mean, it's virtually impossible to explain what happened between then and now without coming off bad.

As I've said a number of other times, that really defeats the point of the game and looks out of place.

It "works" for Mortal Kombat simply because Kratos is brutal and Freddy is otherworldly (though I don't think either are exactly great choices), but it would look weird having X DC people and Scorpion (as rumors suggest) playable.

Also... no exclusive is going to be a DLC character. Exclusive characters are there to simply get you to buy ...

Really doesn't matter, not like Golden Keys are worth the time or effort.

Most likely won't. It has things from Nintendo IP's and was published by Nintendo. While it's not impossible, it just seems highly unlikely that they will obtain the rights / remove the IP's / etc.

I don't think anyone fails to realize that, I just think they rationalize it as invalid. Like it's pretty unlikely that someone would buy a Wii U at launch / this early, yet doesn't own an 360 or PS3. Transversely, you can easily obtain an Xbox + whatever port you wanted for less than just buying a Wii U.

Just going off Gamestop to be easy...

PS3 = About $250+
Xbox = $200+
Batman GOTY = $20
---
$220 - $270+

Region free... that's the one and only universally useful feature that this enables. Outside of this one thing (which should have been included from the start...), it's certainly all bad.

Depends what the task entails. Sometimes the "online" achievements can be done with splitscreen (at least with trophies), though if it requires online to do... then no.

I think you're on the right track, but a little off.

I don't think bigger games get "safer" scores per se, I just think there is a higher chance someone can get into / like one of those games. Like FFXIII looked really good and had okay gameplay elements (I personally enjoyed the fact strategy was more important than level), so it has a better chance of being liked. On the other hand, you can take a more "niche" JRPG like Neptunia MK2 and see it sc...

If anyone is interested, I am also thinking of doing a guide on how to play.

In theory they can, but it will most likely be thrown out or at least the keyboard cat creator. It's hard to own the concept of a keyboard playing cat, though you can own the rights to a design. Either or, pretty stupid.

@ Kayoss

Saves 210
Dark Arm lv 4
Trophies 65% (all stories completed, including the 4 side ones and all pacts in Innocence - Pride completed with some random missions here and there.)

Clearly you need to play the game more, since these choices do have other impacts.

Divine:

- Bad ending (won't say more)
- New ally
- Different missions in branching paths
- Life Essence
- Different Rites
- Blood magic is usable
- More life, less power
- Heals you
- Costs you life to revive someone
- Rebellion storyline
- Divine sigil boost

Dark:

Well the DLC should help, though I am sad to say I am starting to reach the end... (already in the mid 60's)

There is one rumored (thanks to a listing), but nothing is confirmed.

Mindjack had it, though the ability to kick invaders made it seem trivial. With this being said, I don't think it's going to become popular. One of the biggest problems with Mindjack was that an invader could make the game seem IMPOSSIBLE, since you're fighting a real person + AI with their only mission being stopping you from progressing. I was literally able to prevent one guy from beating stage 2 for an hour and a half before he stopped playing. Sure it can be worked out better...

Nothing was worse than Dead Island, but I think some people are missing the importance of this trial (if it even happens). This is that it will set a precedent for how misleading an ad can be. A lot of people seem to forget that "this does not represent the final product" or any of that legal nonsense is not a "get out of jail free" card.

Just an FYI, you can buy items in game and get a full map of every collectible.
