I am not a fanboy and if people want to play online, then they need Gold. Anything else is a nice bonus, though some things like Netflix really shouldn't be behind a paywall.
My point remains that it isn't really perspective when Xbox users get a bonus game that sucks with their ability to play online and we get games that some people think are lame from a program that most people are buying for the aforementioned games.

To be fair, those games are a free bonus for XBLG subscribers, where as a lot of Plus users only do it for the games. Not like there is a ton of value beyond that. Sure cloud saving / download / some discounts as nice, but I don't think I would pay $50 for just that.

A) Your values are meaningless, since they're completely dependent on demand and edition size. Like the Uncharted 3 steelbook might sell for $10 - $15 with the game, where as Borderlands 2 will sell for 30+ without.
B) DEPOSIT BAGS are only worth like $25. Can't say how much this one will be worth with it being a collectible, but a good quality normal bag is worth less than your at least.

This is only true if they're under contract not to sell before that date. Going off the website and what people have said, it's basically a pawn shop, so they're QUITE LIKELY not under contract. Even so, they should reject the product. I doubt they were unaware it was before release (hence the price) and that is just as bad. I don't think anything will or even should happen, but I don't think that reason is enough to justify it.
There are certainly people out there. Especially the ones who think the difference in price is worth the feeling of awesomeness that comes with making all their friends hate them.

While the list is mostly Japanese games, we're sure to see Freedom Wars, Soul Sacrifice Delta, Samurai Warriors 4 and Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate. Games are costing companies MILLIONS now a days, so why wouldn't a company invest some money in making sure they can't be pirated? Furthermore, companies do this to make sure some "awful" people don't get the ability to ruin other peoples online experience.
Look at the Xbox with Halo 2 and today. Halo 2 did hosting in a way where standby allowed people to cheat and win game...
How is that funny? It's not like hackers buy a system on release, make a file called "install mods" and the system instantly installs mods as if by osmosis. It takes months to years to get any sort of progress and even then it isn't easy. Like it took around 5 years to actually hack the PS3 and it's impossible to say if it would be hacked today if that wasn't such a feat to accomplish.
