I think the NXE is cool. It is aesthetically pleasing to the eye and looks like finding content is much easier. Game installs are also nice, but at 6GB a pop, I would personally pass. Other than that, I rent online from Blockbuster and I think the avatars are Clay Aiken gay.
I think the "hope" that Sony somehow fails this generation is a little misguided. In terms of what their presence in the gaming space has done to/for the industry, that alone gains my respect. That and some of most memorable gaming of my life has been on Sony hardware. This has been a great year and 09 looks to be even better. Happy Gaming!
Good show HipHopGamer. IF Sony were able to get GTA V exclusivity (which is a possibility considering the Housers' thoughts on multiplat developing) AND Killzone 2 releases AND Mass Effect 2 AND God of War 3 AND Heavy Rain AND InFAMOUS...I think the 360 will struggle, especially with its new casual push and the PS3's core lineup looking unmatched.
I'm really hesitant to trust that review. With as many bugs and glitches reported and the lackluster co-op, I'm surprised by the score.
Way to screw up a useful system guys. Bravo!
After playing the demo, I'm buying it. Gorgeous, original, and most important...fun.
At least there are workarounds, right?
Shame Gold members need to pay an additional fee for the Netflix piece. There should have been some way to add it to the Gold membership, so all XBL subscribers could enjoy. For being the cheapest console on the market, it sure is expensive to own one.
Geo Wars meets Zombies?! Sold.
Totally agree.
Damn Lego Indy and Kung Fu Panda, but GH3 and a 60GB for that price is definitely a bargain.
I'll see you in both! PSN: SuMizzle (I game mainly off this one)

If you got an Arcade for $199 with a headset and component cables, let Microsoft know so they can update their newly updated site. That or stop lying. If memory serves me correctly, the $399 PS3 comes with DualShock3. Ya got me on the cables though. But Walmart has HDMI cables for $13 bucks
Yep. That must be it...
Oh noes! This...this...this is unheard of!
Is that why they've posted pics and vids of Alan Wake running on the 360? Or is that why they posted the PC, 1080p shots?
"And if you're bothered by a slightly inferior frame rate and fractionally blurrier textures, then perhaps, yes, you'd best buy the Xbox version, leaving the rest of us to enjoy an almost-identical, equally brilliant, game on PS3, while you smugly inspect concrete textures at terrifyingly close range to reap the full benefit, rather than, say, losing yourself in a 100 hour epic quest in an evocative post-apocalypse. Or having fun."
Says it all.
I must concur.
Name them.
