It was flawed, sure. But what game isn't? It's easy to accept whatever setbacks there are in Mirror's Edge because it's such an original and thrilling gaming experience.
I don't think I've ever been happier to own a PS3. I've said this before, but I own a 360 and Wii (both long before obtaining Sony's console) and without a hint of fanboyism I can safely say that the PS3 kicks several shades of s**t out of those two other consoles, for a myriad of reasons. To me, it's the only one that feels like a true current-gen console.

Could hardly believe it, it didn't even trouble the top 40 for crying out loud! You'd have thought that a decent amount of copies would have been shifted on the Disney name alone. Not to mention a big industry name like Warren Spector being involved, that should have guaranteed some sales. But no, it's bombed. An Epic Flop of John Holmes proportions.

because the first game is the most overrated piece of trash I've played this year and I'm still, to this very day, pissed that I handed over cash for the limited edition on day of release.
I will take some solace in the fact that come release date for the sequel, I won't be fooled into believing the hype and opening my wallet a second time round.

Like a crazy amount that surpasses their expectations. This will lead to more exclusives and A-Grade exclusives are what make me want to keep gaming.
