I have N4G to thank for bringing it to my attention really - all the hyperbole revolving around this reboot continually pushed the game into the hottest stories section and made it impossible to ignore. And that's how DmC will be the first game I've played in the series ever since I picked up Devil May Cry for the PS2 at release and subsequently sold it a week after.
Sometimes, if you're strongly against something, it's best to outright ignore it rather than ...
but the response from the beta has been great, so I'm willing to do so. Looking forward to it.
So if Superbot have to pluck a character from the franchise then just make it a Chimera and leave it at that. It's about the closest thing the Resistance games have got to an iconic figure.
There's not a whole lot going on in September in terms of game releases, so this should fill the gap. Can't wait to play some LBP on my Vita - all the feedback from the beta has been very positive.
Quit trash talking or you'll be down to one bubble quicker than s**t out of a goose.
by showing a s**t-ton of Vita games.
I doubt it'll cost that much. That would be commerical suicide.
then they should get one of their party's to make a survival-horror revolving around motion control, much like Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. It's amazing how 'right' it feels to use the Wii remote to control a flashlight and the Move should take advantage of that. Would make for an incredibly immersive experience.
a company to drop the price of a product quickly, given their history. They're stubborn like that, so it's no surprise than a price-cut announcement was passed on at E3.
So vibrant and crisp on the Vita's OLED screen.
A lot of my most anticipated forthcoming games happen to be exclusive to the PS3, so obviously I'd like to see them showcased more at Gamescom. Hope it's not true.
Hope not - I want a GOOD Crash Mode, not a botched one.
Shenmue and Heavy Rain proved that.
It was the whole of the first stage with Chop Chop Onion Master. Totally sold me on the game, which I eventually bought. Still have my original copy!
I'm sorry, but he IS Sam Fisher. He practically embodied the guy. Hearing someone else providing his voice will just sound like an imposter.
Only problem is I'll be getting it for the PS3, and let's face it - it won't look nearly as good on that system as it did at E3. Don't have the gaming rig necessary for the PC version though so I'll have to settle with what I can.
when the game is still so far far away.
Watch Dogs, The Last of Us and Beyond.
Beyond and The Last of Us delivered and then some, but everything else... meh. I think the nadir of the conference was all that Wonderbook garbage - I can't believe they devoted so much time to something so bland and gimmicky. I'm hyped like crazy for All-Stars Battle Royale, but it got a really poor showing. Two new characters revealed... that was it. And they were leaked a day before the conference anyway. Everything else we saw of the game was already shown weeks ago.
that looks like it could be a good amount of fun. GTA meets Hong Kong cinema = yes please. Does Gravity Rush count? Getting that this week for sure.
