for my favourite game of the year Heavy Rain. Not sure though, I've never been too hot on motion controls.
too many obvious classics neglected in favour for old games that no one remembers (and probably for good reason).
the next Call Of Duty game came out and just flopped completely. Like, no one bought it. That would end his money-grubbing bullshit ways.
Best racing game of the year. Who needs Gran Turismo 5, pfft. It's Ridge Racer. RIIIIIIIIIIIIDGE RACOOOOOOOOOOOOOOR!!!
Although RRD has the better last act.
Please keep your site clean of Failing Sterling, do not degrade yourself.
Let's be honest though, the guy is on the fast-track to the morgue judging by his ever increasing midriff. He's making the most of it before that inevitable heart attack strikes.
Some good news for Microsoft. They need it!
I was always under the impression that Mirror's Edge sold far less than that. Put's a smile on my face and hope in my heart that it actually sold quite reasonably. Maybe's a sequel isn't so out of the question after all.
The other three?! Pfft, maybe...if you're particularly attracted to a liberal dosage of greys and browns in your games. Yeah good graphics, but let's not mistake that with "pretty".
was a good read. Games can be pretty in a myriad of different ways as this article touches on. Can't believe they didn't include ICO though, especially when considering the outdoor segments where you can see previously explored areas of the magnificient castle in clear view from the distance.
Good call on Mirror's Edge too. I loved that game despite its flaws, mainly for the bright shiny dystopia that the cast occupies. Such a distinct environment never seen...
What the fuck is a kin?
Stuff like Jumping Flash! 1 and 2, Klonoa: Door To Phantomile, Ristar, Spyro The Dragon. I miss the days when platforming was in it's heydey.
Why yes...yes it is. Good call.
I, and as I'm sure many many others, already have both ICO and Shadow Of The Colossus (and probably in their limited edition guises too). Yet all it takes is a HD upgrade to will us into parting with our cash yet again. That's how rich, unique and immersive these games are.

Looking at it now, sitting on the shelf there. Ahhh memories, like the corners of my mind. Misty watercoloured memories, of the way we were.
I suppose I should whip it out and have a session, it's been yonks.
they gave Eat Lead a 7.
Lara Croft is a pair of tits and not much else.
I think I've just hit puberty for the second time.
