I played a lot of beat 'em ups during the PS1 days, but none (except maybe Bloody Roar 2) captured my heart quite like Rival Schools did. It was bonkers in a way only the Japanese could conjure up, had tons of content and its cast was ace.
Rival Schools 3 for the PS4 is getting me teary-eyed just thinking about it. BUT DO IT RIGHT!
