Doesn't need it. Let the team pool all their time and resources into making the best single player campaign they can possibly muster, without having to concern themselves with tacking on a multiplayer mode to appease the few who care about that sort of thing.

Can you believe it's been over half a year since this game was first shown to the public, and we still haven't seen it being played! I'm glad the embargo lifts in two weeks, 'cos I'm getting the shakes big time.

Well it didn't start on a high one either, so surprise surprise.
It may be considered blasphemy to say so, but I thought Nate and Marisa made a more appealing couple than him and Elena, and had a great chemistry together. Would love to see her return in another Uncharted.
It was 2013 release I played this year and it still finds its way into my top ten games of the year.
