The 20GB and 60GB PS3's are compatible with nearly all PS2 games, it should play on your 60GB PS3 with no problems.
I remember Polyphony Digital said much earlier this year that the damage update for GT5P would be coming sometime around Fall this year, and obviously that hasn't happened, so I'm not really expecting a damage update for GT5P in early 2009, but if so, I'll defiantly take it.
Polyphony should just concentrate on finishing up the full version of GT5 before the end of 2009. If GT5P comes out in Japan or Europe in Late 2009 while the U.S. release won't be until early 2010, I'm impor...
I felt that GTA4 was a pretty solid game, but I think that it was missing just too much stuff that San Andreas had. And I'm not a big fan of the car handling in the game either... it defiantly took me a while to get used to it.
I guess Rockstar had to leave out a lot of things in the game because they were having cities with far more detail (and because were restricted by DVD-9) but San Andreas just had WAY more content than GTA4 and that's why San Andreas is still my favorite GTA g...
I remember reading an article and the developers stated that in Killzone 2, there would be levels that would show "Helghan's Natural Beauty", and when I read that I automatically knew that KZ2 would have a lot of variety in the environments.
Can't wait for Dec. 4th for new info on KZ2's Single Player, and of course, Feb. 17th couldn't come soon enough. Hater's be damned, Killzone 2 is mine!

The PS3 versions of multiplatform games almost always sell more on the PS3 than the Xbox 360 version in European software charts. The only country in Europe where the 360 version may outsell the PS3 version is the U.K., but that's about it.
The fact that multiplatform games sell more on the PS3 in most European territories just proves the fact that when David Reeves said "The PS3 is outperforming the 360 in Europe", he wasn't just saying a bunch of B.S., it was fact.

I've always said that more HDTV sales = more Blu-ray adoption. Plus, there's a lot of people that still might not even know what Blu-ray is even though they may have already gone HD, but eventually they'll make the upgrade.
If $199 Blu-ray players isn't enough to make them "Go Blu", maybe The Dark Knight will start talking to them on store shelves begging to be watched in it's glorious HD, and maybe then they'll Go...
Blu-ray may not make for better graphics, but obviously a developer can do more with Blu-ray and the quality can be controlled on just one disc.
The Playstation 3 being the more powerful system in combination with Blu-ray is probably what leads to PS3 exclusives still progressing forward when it comes to graphics.

If the PS3 is still outselling the 360 in various European territories, I just can't imagine the impact will be worldwide once Sony drops the PS3's price... all hell will break loose in Europe for PS3's once Sony finally releases Gran Turismo 5 (hopefully next year).
David Reeves and SCEE know what they are talking about when they say the PS3 is outperforming the 360 in Europe, and the fact that most multiplatform games in Europe sell more on the PS3 just proves it.

MGS4 didn't have the best multiplayer, but the core gameplay in MGS games have always been the single player. Metal Gear Online was a separate component from MGS4 and I don't think that reviewers even included MGO in their review of MGS4.
But honestly, if L4D is so focused on multiplayer, I think that it should have been a multi-player only game.
If Microsoft thinks the PS3 has no system sellers, I think think that Microsoft has run out of system sellers. Literally the best exclusives have already come out on the Xbox 360 and Microsoft has already released the majority of their main catalog games...and I also think that Microsoft depends too much on Halo and Gears.

That's a good point Le-mo, however, I also think that Tomb Raider is selling more on the PS3 because people that have been Playstation owners throughout the years have played Tomb Raider and are more familiar with the franchise, and there are probably more Tomb Raider fans with PS3's than 360's.
The only way that Midway's "secret game" is going to look better than Gears 2 is if it's on a Killzone 2 level because there's no game out on any console that looks as good as KZ2 does.
I'm guessing that Midway's secret game will be on all platforms, but it's going to be interesting to me to see if they can even pull anything more out of the 360, because literally the only developer that's really managed to pull potential out of the 360 is EPIC and EPIC themselves alre...
Uncharted is an awesome game, you must get it and play it.
I know a lot of people said that they were turned off after playing the demo, but the full game is just so much more. If you like action games, I don't see why you won't like Uncharted.
