Are you talking about ZombieU not selling on any other platform or Rayman? If Rayman, then yes I agree-- I don't think it will do big numbers on 360/PS3 because it's a colorful platformer. ZombieU on the other hand I think would sell pretty well if it came out on Xbox/Playstation.

Rayman Legends was supposed to be a key game in the WiiU's 'Launch Window', pretty big loss for Nintendo -- especially since Ubi delayed it to coincide with the PS3/360 releases in September.

At this rate, I've got a feeling ZombieU from Ubisoft will also be next to go multiplatform sometime this year as well. A core Zombie game like that would sell MILLIONS on PS3/360. ZombieU is the only game that's WiiU exclusive at the moment that I really care about p...

Coming from an avid watch buyer, considering that there's only 500 being made and they are all individually numbered on the back, I'd say $265 is a very fair price...the dial design just isn't anything special.

I think it would've been cool if they had the glowing helmet of Issac's suit as the dial design, at least then it would look a little more distinctive:

Red Faction 1 & 2 were the only two in the series I ever played. Early in the PS2 days I remember playing the demo of the first Red Faction so many times-- the destructibility was pretty awesome for it's time. Once the series went from 1st person to 3rd person, I lost interest and never played any of the others.

Alright, Thanks for the heads up

Looks great, but I was hoping for more of a full-featured Single Player trailer around 2+ minutes or so considering that there's been so much stuff dedicated to showing off the Multiplayer of this game as of late. A 30 second snippet of the Single Player is better than nothing at all I guess guess....

Pretty much the exact same thing I thought to myself last night when I saw the May 2013 release date for Last of Us.

With both God of War and Sly 4 coming out Q1 2013, initially I thought Last of Us was going to be a title that would land somewhere in the September - November time frame. The May release date was a lot sooner that I thought.

Initially my thoughts were: both Last of Us and Beyond would be Fall 2013 titles and I just couldn't see Sony launc...

You make some good points, and I think you're spot on about stores getting small batches of shipments. I imagine that Sams store probably had it's stock replished, because it was the only Sam's store in the city I was in.

When I went there, the WiiU's weren't in the Video Game section, they were sitting out on a table in plain sight near the front of the store, so I couldn't help but see them. Given the limited availability of WiiU's across the U.S...

I went to Sams Club on Saturday and they had 5 WiiU's, so there's stock at some places here and there.

Even though the WiiU sold out nearly everywhere, right now I can't say with confidence that it's promising or disappointing, because the initial supply numbers for the U.S. (400K) isn't a lot to go on.

How the WiiU does months after the holiday rush is what I'm very interested in seeing. I'm sure it'll sell to Nintendo enthusiasts and a section of core gamers who almost always run out to buy the newest console hardware at launch (or shortly after launch)...

I think it depends upon the game itself. For an established AAA franchise like Uncharted or Metal Gear Solid for example, an overwhelmingly majority reviews of 70 something isn't good at all. If it's just a few scores of 70 something amongst a sea of 8's and/or 9's, it's not a big deal IMO because there's always a couple of sites out there that score a game a little lower than most everyone else.

However, for a game or franchise that's not consider...

I caught a little bit of the gameplay footage last night on Spike...was disappointed it was more multiplayer stuff. I guess Sony Santa Monica wants to keep showing Multiplayer footage to send the message that they are serious about the multiplayer component and it's not just tacked on, but the meat and bones of God of War has ALWAYS been the single player, and I imagine most people will be playing it for for the Single Player anyway.

More Single player details/footage pl...

I actually like the idea of multiple playable characters...it's a nice change-up from what they've done in the past with previous GTA's and it would be a completely different GTA experience, and not just more of the same. The more I read, the more I'm liking the 3 protagonist concept.

Only reason I even pre-ordered several months back was because I really wanted to secure the Steelbook case that came with it for free for pre-ordering...if not for that I would've just waited to pick it up at a discounted price on Black Friday just like I did with AC: Revelations last year.

I don't think newer and more expensive hardware with more expensive games is necessarily the answer. I think the sales decline has more to do more with it's just been a slow time as far as video game releases. Once more games that fall into the 'Heavy Hitter' category come out later this year, I think sales will pick up. Borderlands 2 was (IMO) only the first of these heavy hitter games and it only came out not that long ago.

As of late, I haven't been tha...

Even before AC3 was announced, If Ubi ever did an Assassins Creed game set in the U.S., I had always wanted them to have the game set around the time of the American Revolution the most, so I'm happy with the setting.

Since the previous Assassin's Creed games were set in Italy, honestly I was ready for the game to be set virtually anywhere outside of Europe. If the AC series ever comes back to Europe, I hope Ubi explores places like Japan and India first.

I'm all for the environment, but at the same time I still like to have physical game manuals. There's some games from certain franchises that almost always have interesting and unique things in the manuals, especially GTA and Metal Gear Solid.

Maybe I'm just a little more traditional in this digital age when it comes to print, but I really appreciate it when a game comes with a nice manual. Regardless if it's Books or Magazines, I still prefer the physical cop...
