I support cutscenes as long as there is an option to skip them.
As long as gamers are happy Sony should stay put and not chase the competition around.
So it's nothing more than borrowing a friend's game system because I can't afford one.
The PS3 seem to be more versatile in regards to importing music, videos, and photos. The PS4 came out and there was no USB port. It was like the PS4 became a proprietary system with less features. They really didn't say anything about pushing the hardware like they did the PS3 and they started to charge fifty bucks 4 PSN. All I ever really knew about the system that was supposed to be better than the PS3 was that the PS4 was 5 times more graphically powerful. Outside of that it really did...
I will stick to PS3 version.
I prefer a disc. A word to the wise...

"You saying that these rules are a relinquishment of your power over a purchase IS indeed your belief. You still purchase the license, therefore you have access to the item with which you "purchased", and own the license. Just because you dont have physical ownership, does that automatically mean you dont own it? Microsoft provides millions of licenses for Windows. When I purchase a license, it is mine and no one elses. So I own that license, which gives ...
What is a PS4? The ancients once called it a "game" system but it has since been lost to lazy historical preservationists. Maybe you can shed some light on what made the PS4 special beyond the PS3 (the last console I know)
Well that about sums it up. Thanks guys, I guess I will wait to see what the next gen holds.
"Your entire argument ignores the obvious in favor of pushing your agenda and in this place, in the comment section of an article about Steam, the most obvious conclusion is that you are trolling Steam supporters and/or digital purchasers, trying to get a rise out of them."
It is true that I have an agenda. This agenda is to preserve ownership in a practical sense...not a misleading sense that most services claim. When a service based company says "buy"...
"The same thing that happens when your disc that you own becomes obsolete and there is no hardware available that will run it. How's your Betamax collection doing? Laserdisc? 8 Tracks?"
Obsolete does not mean nonfunctional. I still have functioning hardware from every generation dating back to the 800xl abd 2600 Atari. While it is true that hardware can fail, the optiin stull exists to purchase aftermarket consoles. In a digital service scenario thqt option...

So what happens if/when these companies go out of business or decide not to provide a service for your putchases?
Has gaming come to a point where it takes 5 years to accumulate a list of great RPGs? How the mighty have fallen in recent years. I truly empathize with today's hardcore gamers.
The picture shows "100%" off.
Agreed...yet a good one. Can anyone provide a list of 15 for the PS4? I have yet to play this console as I am still on the PS3 until such a time the PS4 is worthy.
Are there disagreements with myself...or with the terms of Steam? It is plain to see I have only provided what they have said...not what I believe.
The "power" of the cloud is reliant on the "power" of your internet, the "power" of your good terms and behavior, and the "power" of your ability to pay the bill. Do not falter in such an illusion as the reality is nothing more than a trade off of immediate gratification in exchange for your relinquishment of power.
The power of the cloud is an illusion to better gaming. Keep the power inside your console or gaming, as we know it, shall be destroyed....
Yet another attempt to "sell" an idea of better gaming...at the expense of ownership....
This gen seems to be quieter than the PS3/360 generation. It is summer and these gaming sites have little to no activity.
