The Wii U is essentially a 360 with a oversized controller that has a screen. Not much of a difference. The screen isn't even used in an innovative way.
Still, it's a representation of the Japanese market. Granted, the sample size could have been much larger.
I honestly couldn't care less about Japan. They're now pretty much irrelevant when it comes to innovation seeing as how each JRPG I see is an uninspired clone of another. I'm also tired of hearing about JRPGs. Only anime geeks like JRPGs so its natural for them to hype them up. IMO, I'm just not fond of their chessy notable atmosphere.
Don't get me wrong, I read shonen manga. I just personally wouldn't be able to stomach playing JRPGs

Nintendo hasn't been up there since Mario Galaxy. And a lot of their anticipated titles come from Platinum so that doesn't count
So far, ND has given gamers 90+ metacritic scoring games consistently. They have certainly set the bar high and have surpassed all other studios, even companies like Nintendo, who now release the same rehashes yet somehow still receive acclaim.
If this is actually true... then I hope that this will lead to more multiplats coming to the PS4 far more frequently. I'm honestly ecstatic to try out all this new racers!
You mean to tell me that Capcom actually LISTENS to their fans and has nothing to do with them being greedy a*holes? Get real, look at the RE, DMC and Megaman fanbases.

Just drop the Wii U altogether and make a system that actually competes with the next gen consoles. The Wii U lost its opportunity to be a relevant system selling competitor to Sony and MS a long while back. At this point, they are looking at crappy 3rd party support for the rest of the Wii U's life cycle, few Nintendo exclusives - since it takes them forever to release games, and Gamecube era sale numbers - 20-30 million.

The definitive version is obviously the PC version. The current gen consoles, ps3, 360 and wii u all run at 720p
1) Consoles have dedicated PC hardware
2) Wii U has no games and is irrelevant to next gen
Stop exaggerating the Wii U games. Digital Foundry already confirmed that the Wii U version of NFS is barely, BARELY ahead of the current gen versions.
