My Vita just crashed after downloading the update. I've been hearing similar reports from other users in this Vita forum that I frequent... this may be another system-damaging update like on the PS3 a few months back

The PS3 IS ahead of the Wii in games, support and graphical fidelity. You can argue for sales numbers but then again, the PS3 just reached 80+ million while the Wii - Nintendo's best selling console - is only 20 million ahead, despite the casuals going crazy for it and being $350 cheaper at launch. Not to mention it's still a far cry from the PS2's 150 million
While your post was a little too fanboy-ish, I do agree that this game should come to the Vita. Sony undoubtedly has the best indie support on the market that's the closest to Steam out of all the consoles. This would make a nice addition.
But MGS V is not on the Wii u..

I don't care if it's Nintendo's "next gen system". It has current gen hardware specs comparable to the 360 and has inferior ports that are similar to the current gen versions. It's not getting next gen 3rd party games and developers have stated multiple times how sub-par the hardware is. I don't care if any of you fanboys thumb/bubble me down. That's the goddamn truth ...

A complaint I have for the game is why are the background segments so goddamn repetitive (I.E Hades and Patapon on the God of war stage all the time)
It's pretty obvious from the character selection, story mode and even menu design that this game was rushed. I could have easily waited months for the game to release. Oh well, I plat'ed the game so I'm done with it

3rd parties are now lazy because they don't want to waste resources porting games onto a platform - Wii u - that they know their games will bomb at? Once again, take off the fanboy glasses and look at things at a business perspective. This is one of the big reasons why EA and even Ubisoft are pulling support of the Wii u. The sales numbers don't lie.
