I enjoyed RE6 for what it was. I even spent the time to plat the game. Jake's campaign has to be my most favorite, especially the action mission in China. But I can understand why old school RE fans would hate RE5 and RE6

Metro Last Light devs are a good example of being able to develop great games at low budgets. You don't need James Cameron budgets to make amazing blockbuster games, although money always does help
Nintendo does not have a giant stockpile of cash despite what these fanboys believe Lol. They've wasted millions in developing a current gen console with an overpriced controller. Not to mention that the instability of the stock market coupled with Japan's weak yen (Abenomics) has caused Japanese companies to lose a lot of cash.

Which is because everyone who wants a PS3 or 360 already has one. Not to mention this is the longest console generation - 8 years. There's not much hype to get a PS3 or 360 hence they've reached a plateau in the number of consoles being sold. That's pretty much evident in every gen.
That's barely enticing as a feature... Not to mention the fact that you HAVE to lug around a Wii u console and be within a few feet in order to play your games on the tablet controller.
The Vita - from day 1 - will be able to stream PS4 games wherever you go as long as you have an internet connection (Wifi hotspot). Xbox has Smartglass which is basically the same concept. Those two sound much better than just staying in one room playing a game on a tablet.
