It's probably not. This is a supposed screenshot of a tweet (which is VERY easy to photoshop) posted on a forum by someone who had joined today and that was his second post. Plus no one else has said that they saw the tweet too.
Why do people keep believing all of these leaks? They're all dodgy as hell, I'm sure one bored individual just decided to release all these fake leaks today.
It's most likely fake.
No they can't, that's the whole point. You post a "leak" and you'll get a PM from a mod asking you to prove that you're in a position which allows you to have access to information concerning that leak. If you can't do that then you're banned. As for those who were proven wrong but not banned, that's the whole nature of leaks, things get changed or cancelled and they've been right on many more occasions than they have been wrong.
Funny how back when the COD 720p/1080p rumours surfaced from reliable insiders on Neogaf, they were dismissed as "hearsay" by the very writer of this article and deleted from N4G, but now he writes an article on a much less likely rumour from a supposed insider on Neogaf and gets this much heat. Sweet sweet hypocrisy.
Why does using an established universe mean that we're not getting originality from TellTale? They can make characters however they want, the plot is their own, gameplay mechanics are up to them, there is room for originality. They already have a winning formula by taking established settings and making it their own.
Not really. GoT by Telltale has been highly requested and No Man's Sky has received nothing but massive amounts of praise.
Neither are particularly surprising, especially No Man's Sky.
Think Geoff is trolling. How can the guy's expectations be unrealistic when games like Skyrim, ME3 and TLOU were announced there. Maybe he meant it was unrealistic for all three of them to be shown.
Damn, don't know which version to get. Looks like they're delaying the Vita version...
Boris about to go and queue up too?
But TF isn't the only thing to consider. The PS4's GPU for example offers 8 ACE, more fast GDDR5 RAM, as well as greater application for GPGPU with the unified memory structure compared to the R9 270.
I don't know, GPGPU could prove interesting this gen, though any advances on that front for consoles could probably be translated to PCs.
@starchild: You can't exactly expect developers to have fully optimised their games at launch. The PS3/360 ...
I apologise, though I'm sure you can appreciate that the post I was replying to was hardly polite. It's nice to see a serious reply without being called clueless at least.
The 270 and 270x do share many similarities but the increase in core clock and boost clock in the 270x are clearly significant looking at the benchmarks, so I don't see why 270x benchmarks can be used in a discussion about the 270 if that was intentional.
Sorry if I've misu...
Congratulations, you just confused the R9 270x with the R9 270. Who was the clueless one again?
No, it's not. The PS4's GPU is similar to the 7870 which itself is very similar to the R9 270.
Thanks for that. I'll give you this piece of advice for your future posts and more generally in life: stop being condescending when you may be wrong.
Let me check.
...
Yup.
Seems to be around the same level as/slightly below the PS4 and above the X1 in terms of power, though with optimisations the X1 could probably surpass it.
That doesn't exactly prove anything, the trailer can be in english and the game can still not have a simultaneous worldwide release. FFXIII-3 being an example.
come back crash!
Or he's just tired of people spouting this BS?
