Done and done. Doubt anything will come of it but whatever.
It's funny, you can't post forum posts or tweets of someone who is supposed to be an insider, but if Dualshockers posts an article claiming to have two random sources who are anonymous and subsequently comes out with the most ridiculous rumour it's perfectly fine? I really hope no one believes this...
This is all really old info, why is this news?
@KeeseToast: I love the Vita as much as the next guy, but it is hardly the most powerful mobile device, the Shield for example beats it quite easily along with most of the new high-end phones. Then again thanks to optimisations and such, there are few if any titles which can match Killzone Mercenary.
@johndoe11211: Soul Sacrifice is hardly the game you'd want to use to showcase the Vita's graphical prowess.
What exactly does this article reveal that we didn't previously know? That Sony is hiring talented folks which happens all the time for a big company anyway? That Sony is working to optimise the playstation platforms like every other hardware company has done over the years? That GPGPU is going to be a critical part of this process which we've known about since before release? I'm genuinely curious.
I see, please tell me more about what my opinion should be.
It's for those who stupidly argue that the PS4 has no games, hence it's a quantity debate for them.
Safe to say that the Driveclub release date tweet was a fake, as expected...
Sorry but no, at the end of the day he is reviewing a product. If said product is offering little value for money and encouraging a shameful business practise then I as a consumer want to know. Similarly with bug-ridden games, they can be great games at the core but if the developers haven't bothered to iron out the major bugs before release then again, I as a consumer want to know. All of these factors most certainly influence whether or not I buy a game and that is what reviews should b...
Imagine those neon powers on the OLED screen...
Ubisoft take note.
Reggie's jacket lining appears to be have better textures in the E3 version though, otherwise they're very similar.
What? It's out next week. People getting their copies a week in advance isn't unheard of. As soon as they've shipped the game to retailers, it's out of SP's hands.
No.
Well it depends on what you class as a spoiler, seeing any sort of preview of the game at all is technically a spoiler. Imo finding out the ending to a game you were going to play doesn't make much sense whilst finding out about the cool powers you eventually get are fine.
They're not doing the right thing. Thanks to these leaks a lot of people who were previously apathetic to this game are now hyped. If you don't want to be spoiled then go on a media blackout, if you don't mind it so much then at least you have the option of finding out more.
Yes it is. It's just an image on a monitor, still considered rumour.
The PS+ thing is fair enough, but the site did express some confidence in their source and these leaks are just so much less likely. In one day we've had a screenshot of a Driveclub tweet which no one else on the internet has seen posted by a new member on a random forum, an off-screen shot of an image of a title screen for Dishonored 2 on a monitor anonymously emailed to a random gaming blog, another one for Silent Hill which is equally dodgy, and poor quality cam footage claiming to be ...
Why am I not surprised that this is from dualshockers? Running baseless rumours and passing it off as "probably authentic" because the newly created vimeo account somewhat matches an ICE member's twitter?
Except he is probably being told this much more than you were, and he clearly saw the N4G page with all of the BS comments. He could have either ignored them, or responded by showing them why exactly their views are stupid, as you would with any normal debate. How you managed to come to the conclusion that he has self-esteem issues is beyond me.
When faced with reason, resort to the old fanboy argument.
