9 meant for kiddies? damn dude, way to miss out on a great game, better than the other ps1 titles in my opinion. I say this because ( not including FF tactics ) FF6 was my fav of all of them and FF 9 brought back that feeling that 6 gave me.

bak, have you played the full game for GoW3? not saying you are right or wrong, but those sound like words from someone who has played it already, not just the demo.

actually, the majority of people would disagree with you strongly ninji, the game is often praised for being a hack and slash that keeps you interested with its gripping story, moreso than its gameplay.
In fact, critics of the series often say the gameplay of previous GoW games wasn't its strong point since other beat em ups offer deeper combo systems.
I play it for both, if you just play it for gameplay, fine but don't be so dense as to think its story doesn't matte...

GEC, IIRC sony may have tried to buy insomniac in the past but they insist on staying independent, so it may not be a case of them passing them up, but just honoring their wishes. But im not a 100% sure on this

Hoops when will some people get it thru their thick skulls that a 5/5 review doesn't mean the game is perfect? No game website or magazine will say it that way. Why have the score of 5/5 or 10/10 be reachable but not reachable at the same time?
Thats dumb as hell. Its like saying no game should get a A+ from 1up.com, when you look at it from a letter grade standpoint, it makes more sesne when a game gets a top score of A+. They are saying its perfect, so why think that?
I actually like your shows HHG so just take it as criticism from a fan, thats all. Imma look at the GTTV episode once more and see if he really is featured on there but i dont recall seeing him.
