Now that is a load of bullshit, the uncharted games were way more influential. You could even say there would be no TLoU without Uncharted's DNA.
And even then, there were other games from the time that had a greater impact in the industry as a whole. Though admittedly, Joel and Ellie's story was very good.

Nah, Twin Snakes is an awful MGS title for a variety of reasons and it sold very, very poorly.
A curiosity item at best and quite accessible on emulators for those that want to experience the inferior version of the classic title.
Just make sure to fix the ghastly compressed audio with a mod or something.
