4090 here and it dips for about 5+fps sometimes, so it does have some issues.
I have everything on but with DLSS quality (3.6.0 version mod) should be smooth.
A quick patch should iron that out.

it is a bit weird the numbers are low.
Normally, it would be understandable but Square doesnt mess around and expects top yield from its most prolific projects.
At best we'll see an expedited PC version and perhaps even a PS4 one as well.
At worst, Square will be reassessing the scope of the remakes ...
