I think that for at least 3rd Party games, it is better to bank on the initial release hype on as many platforms as they afford to develop for.

To each their own, I guess. I dig the aesthetic design of the game, the faces of most npcs that you can fully-interact-with as well. For sure these guys are not a gorgeous bunch like BG3's stunning cast, but its a different style, and I personally enjoy it.
My biggest gripe with the game is the deadass companion npc AI in-combat, how they love to jump right in front of your shots 99% of the time.
I just dont understand how they keep dragging this issue since Fallout 3 ....

The game was pretty good on PC, at least I never had any mayor issues with CP2077.
And back then I had an aging (1080ti) GPU without any DLSS or RTX stuff .
No major issue with Starfield either, though I just read Digital Foundry's article saying it was optimized for AMD cards, a 46% performance difference from Nvidia. YIKES.
Not sure I understand these points, controller play is not exclusive to the console version.
I play BG3 with a controller on the PC, and my only mod is to allow to use the camera further, like a regular third person game, move it up and down and up close, etc.. (Native Camera Tweaks on nexus if you are interested).
From my own experience,at least 90% of the people that diss on VR have just never tried it.
And this is one of those things that you have to try in person.
I dont own PSVR2 but I'm certainly rooting for it. I do have VR on PC tho, and the mod scene is really picking up. Thanks to absolute heroes like Praydog and Luke Ross we have a lot of VR game mods to play with. Including some PS titles like Spidey, Horizon and Uncharted pc.
