Out of that list I only see Ninja Scroll with enough game potential.
My list would include actual kick@ss animes, like:
Cowboy Bebop (action adventure), Gurren Lagann (action), Noein (action adventure), Ergo Proxy (shooter), Code Geass (RPG), Death Note (adventure, ala Heavy Rain), Doraemon (RPG or platformer), and many more.
By the way, Trinity Blood was f'king average... if not a total lamefest.
