Well the prologue has sold very close to 5 million copies so it will most likely sell well :) Vgchartz has really undertracked that prologue. With about a million if I remember correctly. Although I don't think it will beat Halo: Reach in first week sales, but I think it will sell more over time than any of the Halo games.
Didn't Sony say at E3 in June that the ps3 had passed 38 million?
They were able to sew it back on. Hopefully the only thing that she will take with her from this is a minor scar. Hope she gets well and heals nicely! :)

The problem with Kinect in relation to "family fun" is when you are standing behind someone, waving your hands behind someone, accidentally or simply because you don't have enough space to stand anywhere else. I think that is the main issue with Kinect. Even if it is laggy there are still people who are gonna enjoy it and be happy with it.
Of course there will always be console cycles. If one of the three stopped selling consoles the other ones would invest even more into it. No one is gonna let the market disappear, not as long as there is a chance of profit! :P

This is why Sony would benefit greatly from having BC with the entire playstation library in their next console. So many great games! It also proves that gaming is not all about graphics! The games are actually part of our culture and will be a part of history and our inheritance :) I love playing old games for nostalgia, where the focus laid on fun and storytelling :)

Well I was planning to buy a ps3 with this in a bundle, but I guess I will have to wait. Although the GT5-bundle is tempting me to death :(
This is what I always thought would happen with at least move. It is harder to make it Kinect compatible though but strictly in a programming sense. Since all Wii games uses motion controls we will see a lot of this happening, especially ports to ps3 since Move is more like the Wiimote then the Kinect is.

Well they might choose a lower level cap than in the D1 and D2 because in D3 ever level might have a bigger impact than they did in earlier games. Once you reached a certain level in D2 for example, another level didn't really matter. I hope thats the main reason to why they would set the level cap to 60.

Yeah the market in the US is the Xbox 360's strongest area so it is no surprise that GT5 isn't at the top. I would like to see a pre-order chart like this for Europe? Does anyone know where to find that? :)
I'm going to buy a ps3 + a TV once I get a job and a bundle with this game is really tempting. Either that or a bundle with LPB2 probably. :)

1/10. Hmm... It sounds a bit harsh to be honest. That is the lowest score possible which means its equal to the worst games ever made and I have a hard time believing that.

It wasn't 4th in sales. If I understand correctly, it is a bit unclear, the sales mentioned here is the 4th best week ever for the playstation 3 in Japan. At least that is what I think they are aiming at.
